EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.
GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. As a company using API-connected software, we will also collect a $750 security deposit through a secured third-party platform.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. (Note: We do require our primary guests to be at least 25 years old.)
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
• Please note that there is an extra fee of $35/per guest per night after 6 guests.
Please note that the following amenities in the building will be closed from November 6, 2023 through July 31, 2024 due to maintenance work: main pool, jacuzzi, keiki pool, BBQ grills, and cabanas. However, the fitness and yoga rooms, billiard tables, and hospitality lounge will be available. We appreciate your understanding.
