Notre condo en bord de mer se trouve sur la magnifique côte du nord Kihei. Écoutez le bruit des vagues douces de rupture comme vous détendre sur la véranda. Prendre un bain le matin dans l'océan ou profiter d'un long, pittoresque coucher de soleil promenade sur Sugar Beach. Profitez des pirogues pagayer par la plupart tous les matins.
Situé à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport, Kihei Beach Condos est l'un des joyaux cachés de Kihei. À travers la rue est un marché de producteurs avec des produits frais cultivés localement et un dépanneur. Vous pouvez facilement accéder à Wailea, Paia, Makawao, Lahaina ou Kaanapali. Ce front de mer d'une chambre, deux condominium de bain est inoubliable. Notre unité est un récemment rénové étapes rez de chaussée en copropriété de l'océan. Il a de nouveaux appareils de cuisine, comptoirs en granit, un nouveau plancher de tuiles, salles de bains rénovées et télévision à écran plat. Il est vraiment le paradis!

Kihei Beach est une propriété de bord de mer de six étages de taille moyenne situé dans le nord de Kihei. Il offre une vue panoramique sur Kahoolawe, Molokai et l'éblouissante océan Pacifique et une ambiance décontractée amicale. Great Stay!

We had a wonderful visit and really enjoyed this condo - the location was great (about 10 min from Kahului and 20 min from Lahaina), we loved that our girl could play out in the grass hand the beach out front was perfect for relaxing and playing or long walks. The only bummer was the pool had reduced hours due to COVID.

Fabulous views with steps to the beach, well maintained peace of heaven. Great vibes watching and listening to the Canoe club rowers. Ocean sounds to rock you to sleep. Fresh market across the street. Fantastic place for what ever you want to do.

Beautiful Beach

Location was awesome. ABC store, Sugar Beach Bakery and Shaved ice across the street. Canoe club next door. Only 5 minutes to a local gym and coffee. 20 minutes to either Paia or Lahaina. Will stay again in the future, enjoyed our time here.

Perfect place for my husband and I. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Very clean and everything worked great. We especially loved the regular resident rooster visits at our back door. Loved being away from the busy part of town. We hope to go back.

We loved this place the moment we walked in. Cozy condo, nicely upgraded and spotlessly clean. The patio sliding doors open up to a lovely lawn with a small hedge barrier (perfect to keep our toddler safe) and beyond the hedge a lovely calm beach with vistas of the adjacent ridge!The condo was well equipped with utensils, plates and alll the modern conveniences. Very comfortable bed, awesome sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. Management was very communicative and proactive. We haven’t slept this well when on vacation :)The area itself is very peaceful, yet ideally located for groceries and conveniences as well as being within reasonable driving distance to all the outdoor attractions. We were very happy and would return tho this exact location on the future

Amazing location right on the water!

I will definitely stay here again. My mom and I arrived and were greeted immediately and shown around our condo, instructed how to use the TV, good places to eat, etc. I’ve never received this welcoming of a greeting before! The condo itself was amazing. Loved eating my breakfast on the patio outside overlooking the ocean. It was nice walking straight out of our condo onto the grass patch to tan and read :) very quiet and beautiful. The beach itself was very nice. Not a great beach for snorkeling but very close to lots of snorkel spots.

Third time's a charm!

We've stayed in three different ground floor units at this property and all were excellent, including this one. Been to Maui five time and the last three have been here, becuase of the great condos and Ali'i service, direct beach access, shave ice /bakery/ ABC store access, and close to town location. This unit has a great master bedroom and bathroom, a comfortable living room and kit hen, and a separate bathroom.We took our son and a friend for a graduation gift and it the pull out sofa was just enough. This is a great choice if you're looking for a great condo in Maui.

Honeymoon suite for us!

We enjoyed this beautiful property during our honeymoon. Truly a perfect place, without any hesitancy we will return! The whales are so close, has a safe long beach to walk, quiet respectful neighbors, a fruit stand across the street with fresh coconuts (and ABC store), property tenants are very easy to get ahold of and accommodating in more ways than imaginable. Rest and relax

Awesome location. Perfect for rest and relaxation. The only concern was there was a scaffold blocking our view the entire time. We were not able to sit on the lanai and enjoy the view or ocean sound. It was a bit inconvenient to have to walk around to lay out. We were notified in advance that the building was being repainted. It was still an inconvenience. We will be back. Booking a larger condo for next year.

Had we known the radio stopped working we would have replaced during the stay. If available we could have also dropped off a topper for the sofa sleeper to make it more comfortable. Great Value

We loved this condo for its location right on a beautiful, sandy beach. Great for long morning walks and just listening to the surf crash from the Lanai. We also loved the farmer's market, ABC store, and delicious bakery right across the street. We never tried the shave ice stand that is also right across the street, but our local friends told us it is the best shave ice on the island. The condo was nice, clean, and pretty well equipped. Our 17 year-old son (6'3" and about 180 pounds) said the sofa bed was not comfortable, but it might be fine for smaller kids. We would definitely come back!

Most excellent location. Very comfortable accommodation, the two bathrooms were very nice.

The location of this condo was excellent, it is pretty much in the Center of Maui. Very close to some of the best restaurants and shopping on the island. The condo is right on the beach! You can walk for miles on the beach and the swimming is great. The condo itself was clean and inviting for the two of us.

Excellent Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing, the condo is located right on the ocean and there is nothing to get in the way of your view of the water and sunsets. Any time we had questions the team from Allii Resorts was available and quick to help. The condo building was also well maintained, the lawn, pool, gardens and office area were in great shape and you can tell they really care about the property. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Loved it.

Great location. Close to the airport and just north of the busy business areas. The views are amazing. The condo was clean and in great shape. It's a casual beach front condo, exactly what I expected. The only negative I can say was the bed was very soft. I didn't mind it, but my wife's back gave her some problems after a few days. The staff on the premises were very friendly and very helpful. I hope I can return sooner than later.

All around great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay and the perfect unit for my wife and myself. The price per night and that it was incredibly close to family that lives on Maui was what initially attracted me to this place. You get a fully equipped kitchen, two full bath, and you walk out your back door to spectacular Maui beach views. The grounds are kept up very nice, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the actual unit was prepared for our arrival with the same regards as a 5-star hotel. My favorite part of our stay was waking up at dawn, cooking breakfast, watching the waves break on the beach and the Kihei Canoe club out on the water practicing...all viewed from our kitchen...absolutely amazing!! The other great part is that you are right on S. Kihei road...so shops, restaurants, grocery store are all within a short drive. The best part was how close of a drive we were to the Maui Brewing Company. We spent many nights there having a cold beer, enjoying a different food truck each night, and listening to some live music. I definitely intend on staying here again.

Our favorite place to stay.

We loved staying here! It almost feels like a private home with a perfect view. Parking is right outside the door. The complex is small so it has a more private feeling. The location is perfect for exploring Maui. Having two bathrooms plus central air were real luxuries. The barbeque grills were just a few steps away. This is a place we would definitely stay again.
