We want everyone to have a comfortable place to stay. Our digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking remotely means you will not need to interact with anyone in person. Our Hotel-grade cleaning team has been trained and certified in proper disinfection techniques and will deep clean your unit before and after your stay. We welcome vacation rentals, corporate travelers, temporary stay & longterm housing.

✔You must be 21 to rent this room. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check-in.

● Noise - Our building is in the heart of Wynwood and all the action, art and fun that comes with it. From time to time it can be nosier than a home in the suburbs. Consider it the same as staying in any large city.
● Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, we require you to report any missing or damaged items within the first 24 hours of your stay.
● There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
