Our Vrbo rental is an absolute gem! Surrounded by beautiful country hills and farming fields, this spacious one-bedroom apartment offers a bright and open living space. With two private entrances, you'll feel right at home as you step inside through the high-end key card access. The main living area boasts an open concept design, with a dining space and a full kitchen that's perfect for your personal use. You'll find plenty of cabinet space and a fully stocked coffee bar to satisfy your caffeine cravings. The living room, complete with a charging station, is a cozy spot to relax and unwind. Just off the living room, there's a bathroom and a second exit that leads to a lovely porch. The bedroom, with its beautiful handcrafted barn doors on a unique ceiling track, offers a tranquil retreat. You'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed and all-new furniture throughout the suite. The kitchen features a full-sized propane cooking stove, a dishwasher, and a fridge with an ice dispenser. The large dining room table for eating and gaming. A big window in the back that overlooks the pool, creating a serene atmosphere. Plus, the location is fantastic for exploring nearby cities like Ithaca and Watkins Glen State Parks and the wine trails. Shopping at Binghamton or Horseheads. Touring the Historic town of Owego or Corning. And if you're feeling lucky, Tioga Downs Casino and Racetrack is just a short beautiful drive away. Our rental is truly a home away from home, offering comfort, convenience, and a beautiful countryside setting. We can't wait for all our guests to experience it! 🏡✨

PET PARENTS:
I absolutely love to host furbabies and their humans, but to be fair to others who may be allergic and for the safety of the animals we have, I do have to be aware that you are bringing one. There is a small charge for the extra deep cleaning that is involved after a stay with pets. We ask that you do not leave your pets alone in the rental unless you have a carrier/kennel to keep them safe, new places bring a lot of anxiety to our babies and we never know how they're going to react. Thank you so much for understanding and being upfront about bringing your fur family to stay in our lovely Suite.

Lastly, we ask that pets stay out of the pool. A new liner from one scratch is a vacation bummer!
