There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom, ensuring a restful stay. In the second bedroom, guests will find a queen-size bed and closet, along with a large window perfect for waking up to the morning sun or enjoying an afternoon nap with blackout curtains. Ideal for the kids, the third bedroom features a charming bunk bed setup with three twin-size beds and a convenient dresser for storing belongings.

Each bathroom in the home is fully equipped with all essentials, including a toilet, tub/shower combo, sink, and mirror. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with all that you'd need throughout your stay. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toasted, air fryer, pots and pans, complete dining sets and best of all, a dishwasher, ensuring effortless cleanup after meals. There is also a cute little coffee station table to make your morning coffee.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a table with seating for up to six guests, ideal for enjoying meals together. Extra seating is available at the kitchen bar, ensuring ample space for everyone to gather and dine comfortably.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the cozy living room. Sink into the comfortable sofa for a well-deserved nap or indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the 75-inch flat-screen SmartTV. The sofa conveniently transforms into a queen-sized sleeper bed, making it perfect for accommodating 1-2 additional guests with ease.

The backyard is always a guest favorite. Enjoy the screened-in porch with outdoor furniture to relax on and a grill for anyone that wants to grill up some burgers and hotdogs and spend the day outside! Although this home is located in a great location, we do recommend renting a vehicle during your stay, or utilizing ride-share services as destinations in Florida can be spread out.

Pool/Spa heating is optional at $30 per day (tax included) and will only be turned on if you requested and prepaid the heating fee.

*Outside contractors clean and maintain our pool and landscaping. Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. Due to the nature of their work, we are unable to predict the precise date and time of their arrival. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
