Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath A Frame cottage with heat & central air. Upstairs bedroom does have a window AC. House is located on a channel with decent sized pier for boats and access to Kuhn Lake and the Barbee Chain. Public access is right around the corner for boat launch. North Webster is located 2.3 miles to the north with several beautiful lakes of northern Kosciusko County. Great for a family weekend get away or quick fishing trip with the boys. Spacious deck for gathering, Large gas grill, small electric or small charcoal for your grilling preferences. Several toys from paddle board, kayak, life jackets, Corn hole boards, small fishing poles for fishing from the pier. Family board games for inside play as well. Deck has a canopy & shade to block the sun and small electric bug catcher to keep the yard relatively bug free. For the serious fishermen there is a spool with 100 feet of extention cord and a battery charger for trolling motors.

We had an amazing stay here. The property was very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It was well stocked with all the supplies we could need. Steve was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had fun fishing off the dock and boating down the channel and out to the other lakes. It’s a beautiful area and a beautiful camp! Would definitely love to stay here again.

Steve was an excellent communicator. Tons of channel cat right off the pier. Large open living room/dining room area. Very relaxing and only 5 minutes from Jellystone.

We had an awesome fishing trip and this property was perfect for all six of us. Plenty of beds and everything thing was clean! The host is awesome with great communication! We will definitely stay there again!!! I cant express how good everything went. Blown away by how convenient everything was! I wouldnt change a thing!

Had a great time staying here with my son on our kayak fishing trip. Excellent communication and flexibility for an early check in. Nice deck area and fire pit to add to the lake house ambiance!

Great place for our hunting trip!

This isn't our first time staying here and we love it. It's easy to find, simple living and quiet. Also, there is food delivery available so we don't have to cook after a long hunt.

Great lake access

Easy access to 6 lakes, public launch is only 5 minute walk from the house, house was very comfortable, gas grill was great for dinners, we had everything we needed and had a great time.

Great get away cabin

Cabin perfect size for our needs, very clean and neat. Close to all your needs if you forget anything. Secluded on a channel away from all the heavy boat traffic on the main lakes. Will definitely rent again

Comfortable lake cottage, large deck with peaceful view perfect for early morning coffee, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom, very large living/dining area upstairs with many twin beds for young and old alike. I think easily comfortable for 6-8 people. Served our purpose perfectly, and we did not even have time to enjoy the lake.

Perfect little cabin

Super comfy quiet little lake house. Perfect for our little family of three and 2 friends. Owner gave very detailed information about the surrounding lakes which was super helpful with bringing our boat. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning, peace and quiet.

Property was as described. Clean, comfortable, and a relaxing getaway. The swing was great to sit in by the water and the fishing was great! Catfish, blue gills, perch, and bass - we even caught a turtle and a bull frog! We will be back for sure. Host was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly.

Definitely worth the money.

Ended up being a great guys weekend. Clean house and property, perfect for fishing getaway. It's very close to boat launch. Pier on property, can catch bluegill from dock. Owner stayed in touch. Great helpful neighbors. Bait shops close by.

Great lake cabin

As advertised. All amenities were functional and comfortable. A little rough and dated, but still under renovation. Very unsitly property next door, but no issues. Nice nieghbors. Host was great! Stocked fridge with redworms and oyr grandson had blast catching bluegill and redear off the dock in the morning.

Lake House

This is a quaint little lake house in a beautiful area with lots of lakes -- perfect for a summer lake vacation. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and the host communicated very well and often. They checked in with us before our stay to make sure everything was well setup for us. This is a lake house, which means it's near water, so there are going to be some bugs and such -- it's unavoidable, so be prepared. The stairs are a bit steep and slippery, so be careful going up and down.

Justin was very fair and told me about his review. We discussed the house and their stay. We immediately installed a stairway banister opposite to the wider plank thank runs up the stairway. We will also look into friction strip for the steps. They were not wet but have a smooth finish. I have included that in our welcome letter as well. We appreciated Justin's feedback
