This brand new, custom modern home comfortably sleeps 14 sits on a stunning lot in Norris Lake with beautiful, panoramic views and incredible views of the sunset. This spectacular Lake House has large, full glass windows providing plenty of light and breathtaking lake views in both living rooms and every bedroom of the house! We are situated on a unique, wide point of a cove where you can view the lake in many different directions. We built this home in 2023 and feel like no other property we’ve stayed in - and it is ready to share with others.

Our custom home offers many lakefront living options with three decks – the upper level is across the entire home and has covered and uncovered areas, an upscale furniture set that seats 10 and a patio dining table that seats 8. Also, this home features a lower-level deck across the entire home that can be used for activities such as corn hole, ping pong, a life-size Jenga game and much more. Finally, we have a small deck near the lake that has a gas fire table. We use it to watch sunsets next to a warm, cozy fire.

DOCK
Dock is accessible May-November. It may also be accessible mid April if water levels are high enough.

Near the Water - It is approximately 60 steps from the lower deck to the dock depending on water levels. There on rope hand rails all along the steps. Close to the water you will find an additional deck with lakefront viewing. This extra deck has a gas fire table and Adirondack chairs. We've enjoyed many sunsets from this deck. We offer a spacious 2-slip, covered steel dock with large patio chairs to enjoy the sunshine. The dock offers patio string lights to light up the lake and the dock at night. Finally, be ready to take your fun to another level with our a smooth, well-constructed, dock slide!

NORRIS LAKE and MARINAS
Our Lake Front lot has concrete steps to the lake which makes going to and from the lake easier for the family. There is a wood ramp next to the steps to help roll coolers up and down. We are on a wide cove, right off a main channel so it is a quick15 minute boat ride and car ride to Whitman Hollow, a 20 minute boat ride and car ride to Shanghai Resort and 20-30 minute car drive to Sugar Hollow. We are not far from many more marinas.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped to handle any occasion, whether it's a holiday feast or simply feeding a family and keeping the kitchen stocked with all their favorite drinks and snacks – you have all the space you need. The large kitchen table and large island offer the perfect space for your everyday meals, quick snacks, and breakfasts. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is great for sit-down family style dinners, making it the perfect setting for almost any occasion. Vaulted ceilings welcome our guest as they enter this open floor plan. Our home is filled with high end finishes including custom built-ins, Quartz countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, two and a half refrigerators (two large refrigerators and a beverage refrigerator) and gorgeous plank-style flooring throughout most of the home.

Bedrooms have carpeting for that cozy, at-home feel. Our home also features various area rugs, accents, well thought-out lighting fixtures and an upper and lower-level living room where the entire crowd can create memories. We want this home to feel like home! The views from the bedrooms, great room, lower-level living area, kitchen, outdoor bar, and outdoor living areas are truly one of a kind and provide a majestic setting for one of nature’s most stunning sites, Norris Lake. There is also space for a boat trailer to be stored at the top of the driveway.

Beds/Baths:
Bedroom 1 – Large master suite on the main level offers a King Bed, windows that showcase several views of the lake, walk-in closet, and a well-appointed bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom on lower-level offers a lake view with 1 Queen Bed and a bathroom that connects. This bedroom will also have a gorgeous view of the lake.
3 – Queen Bed and Kid’s bunk room with well-constructed bunk beds perfect for a small family. Right outside this bedroom is a full bathroom.
Bedroom 4 – This bedroom offers a Queen Bed and provides a gorgeous lake view. Bedroom 5 – Queen Bedroom providing another breathtaking lake view and a double sink bathroom right across the hall.
Bedroom 6 – This bedroom has two bunk beds that has a full bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bed. These bunks are well-constructed.

Lower-Level great room is perfect for kids or the family to enjoy time together whether they’re watching their favorite shows, playing X Box or enjoying the many popular board games we've supplied. Patio door allows everyone easy access to the outdoors and views of Norris Lake.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The Internet service we use is Starlink. We’ve had 10-14 people staying during the busy summer season with no issues.

Other Rooms: Dining Room with a Custom-built Table for 10-12 people and large island with 4 stools for more dining space. There is also plenty of dining space at our large, well-built outdoor dining table that seats 8. Comfortable outdoor patio sofas and chairs allow for great conversations and lake views.

Our Kitchen includes an oversized island great for meal prep and seating for 4, electric cook top, an oven, two food warmers, an Air Fryer, an Instant Pot, two large refrigerators, one beverage refrigerator, a dishwasher and a walk-in pantry off the kitchen area. The custom cabinetry is stocked with all the kitchen essentials you need for your stay.

Our Wet Entry off the kitchen includes another full-size refrigerator, a front-loading washer & dryer and an area to store your gear when you’re getting ready to go to the lake.

The Living Room hosts a gas fireplace (only used in the winter), large sofas, large chairs, and large sliding glass doors off the patio which offer incredible panoramic views of the lake.

High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets). Follows industry health association: SafeStay (AHLA - USA). Come stay with us!

-Sporting Teams, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and/or events are not eligible for renting this home.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

HOT TUB: We are excited to partner with Knoxville Hot Tub Rentals for 3-7 day rentals. It is an extra fee ($255+) but they give our guests a very nice discount and deliver the hot tub to our home. If interested, please ask us about it once you've booked. Note: this is only for rentals in the off season (September-May).

GOLFING - within 10+ miles you can find golf courses such as The Greens at Deerfield, La Follette Golf and Country Club, Woodlake Lodge, Three Ridges Golf Course and many more.

HIKING - there are many walking trails in and around Cove Pointe Lake and Norris Dam. There are also nice climbing trails within 10+ miles. We also will go to Cumberland Gap which is an easy hour drive to experience amazing views of the Gap.

ATV Trails - this is a very popular area for ATV trails. There are guided tours or you can just rent an ATV and explore for a half day or full day.
