Great place to stay for concert at Ballon Fiesta Park. Location may seem far from everything, but honestly location was Great. Easy to get around really not far from main attractions. Would stay again.
Im over 50 with a corporate background. The host is wonderful- polished, professional communication. Friendly and prompt responses. The home has all the little touches that can be overlooked at other places. For example- this is the desert/ you've been traveling to arrive. Have a few bottled waters in the refrigerator is thoughtful. I ended up having to extend my stay and they made ever effort to accommodate the change. The house is clean. The neighborhood is lovely.
This home was extremely clean whivh made our family incredibly comfortable. The layout of the home & size met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet & we felt safe while staying there. I highly recommended staying at this property.
Very nice accommodation for our 2-night stay in Albuquerque. We easily drove to the balloon fiesta park from this location. The home was perfect for us with three bedrooms and very comfortable beds! There is also a very comfy couch to watch TV. We would say the only negative being that the house backs up to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise in the master bedroom. We highly recommend this spacious home!
A perfect location to observe and attend the annual balloon fest. A great place with an open plan and big enough for a family. We watched balloons each morning from the backyard and patio. A toilet paper holder and a couple of cabinet pulls were broke, We reported this immediately and everything was fine. The rental awesome and is located in a great neighborhood. Thanks for the opportunity to rent. John and Terry
There are pros and cons to this listing. Pros: spacious living area, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen with lots of utensils, the air conditioner was super comfortable, TVs in all rooms, can park in garage, super close to a lot food places and landmarks in NMCons: because of summertime lots of spiders inside house (wasnât a big deal, just be aware), handles missing on some drawers, our visit looked like the cleaners didnât do a proper job (food under bed with trash, dirty dishes in dishwasher), and really bad communication with host. All in all we would revisit because it wasnât major cons just needed to be aware. The communication is what really needs work. At one point we couldnât get in to the house and I couldnât get ahold of the owner. Even pressed the ring button to get their attentionâŠnothing. I left numerous messages regarding stay and no response.
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Beware Checkout Time
The communications had two conflicting check out times. On checkout day housekeeping came to the door at 10 am. We told them we would be out by 11 am. The host called and said checkout was 10 am. I told her I thought my communication said 11 am. She stated they had a 10 am checkout for a very long time. I apologized and rushed my family out while their housekeeper was already cleaning around us. I was embarrassed and stressed for my mistake, only it was NOT my mistake. Once I was able to review the communications and their VRBO page I was correct. This situation ruined the whole trip. I definitely regretted not booking the Marriott that I usually use.
The house was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. There were 6 of us including my 88 year old father in law, hubby and 3 kids 11 and under. The house is close to everything and lots to do. Thank you to Christopher, he took care of the problem with the TV right away. Will definitely rebook in the future.
We had a great time. The house was nice and cozy, perfect size for our family and very kid friendly. Loved the patio because it had a great view of Albuquerque and the mountains. The location was my favorite. It is close to a lot of museums and attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would gladly stay here again.
