Charmant Bungalow sur la plage à So Laguna Beach

Notre charmant cottage / bungalow sur la plage est situé à South Laguna Beach Village. Ce magnifique chalet a été soigneusement rénové avec soin. Il a été bien entretenu et propre!

Sols en bambou, poutres apparentes au plafond, cuisine moderne en acier inoxydable avec comptoirs en granit et nouveau lave-vaisselle Miele. Salon ouvert avec cheminée et coin repas pouvant accueillir six personnes. Bureau privé complet avec ordinateur et petite télévision à écran plat dans la cuisine. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse Bosch. Invitant patio avant avec fontaine, sièges et mini vue sur l'océan. Patio arrière privé aussi avec BBQ.

Légère vue sur l'océan depuis la chambre avant et le patio avant. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a un lit double. Tous les draps fournis, y compris les serviettes de plage! Les chambres sont confortables, mais ont un espace de rangement adéquat!

Trois places de parking privées devant la maison. Marcher quelques pâtés de maisons des célèbres plages de South Laguna, telles que Table Rock et Thousand Steps. Grands restaurants locaux avec à distance de marche aussi. À quelques minutes du centre-ville de Laguna Beach. 1 mile au sud du Montage et 2 miles au nord de The Ritz Carlton et St. Regis Resorts pour golf ou Spa. 30 minutes à Disneyland!
Parfait pour une plage, sortez avec vos amis et votre famille. Shopping pour les collèges, week-ends romantiques! This beach cottage was perfect for me. Cozy, clean, had everything you would need. Love this location in South Laguna. Restaurants nearby, great front patio, glad for the A/C as it was a hot week. This is my 2nd time renting this house..met all expectations

Cute beach house in great location

We stayed for 6 weeks and truly made this our home. We can't say enough about our wonderful host Holly. She was always happily available to receive any calls and texts. Location is also great. There are places you can go that are walking distance but many things a short drive away...

Great property, great location… close to beaches and restaurants and hiking trails. Groceries were a short drive. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Owner, Holly, is incredibly responsive and warm. My stay was perfect and I’m looking to stay again.

Great little cottage

Great location, nice neighborhood, very close to the trolley and a couple of restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Coyote Grill across the street. Holly responded to any questions immediately and easy to talk to. Thank you Holly, for a lovely stay.

Perfect beach house!

Great beach house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Just a 5 min walk to two great beaches (Table Rock and Thousand Steps). No AC, and we were there in a heat wave, so needed lots of fans :) Holly is a very responsive host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Lovely, tolerant guests! I am not sure why it was so warm. It seems when we purchased the cottage in 2005, we never suffered heat waves. We are installing a high-end Mitsubishi split air and heating unit in November! (Not that helped your holiday) Thrilled you enjoyed our cottage, and the fabulous beaches. Beautiful Laguna Cottage

This cottage is amazing! It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. My husband, two boys, and myself had an incredible and restful stay. Holly was so friendly and great to work with. Her cottage is a little piece of Laguna Paradise! The cottage is within walking distance to two beaches, and a short drive to several others. The beaches and waves in Laguna were perfect for my three sea monkeys. We can't wait to visit again!

Charming Beach House in a Great Neighborhood

This a lovely and charming house just a few blocks away from the beach in Laguna Beach. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is an easy walk to the beach and also to canyon trails. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner is great, very responsive and helpful. They were happy to have our two dogs and the neighborhood and city are very dog friendly. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it!

Most relaxing vacation ever!

We rented this house for 10 days in July 2009. The house is very charming and fantastically layed out. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, park, and the free Laguna Beach bus that will take you to downtown Laguna and back for free. Our kids had a great time and the adults had a very relaxing time vacationing in Laguna Beach. The owner is extremely pleasant and responses to questions almost immediately. We're coming back this year!

Charming So Laguna Cottage

Neighborhood is lovely, perfect for sunset walks with my dog. Adorable little park close by and short walk to beach. This is a cozy little cottage with a perfect layout. Every detail is well planned. Loved the kitchen and bath, French doors and windows, beautiful lighting, front and back patio areas. Charming beach house ambiance was just what I wanted for my month in Laguna. Charming home that sits the stage for a great vacation!

The house is very cute with so many nice amenities such as comfortable beds, plenty of nice bath towels, decorated beautifully inside and out and Holly (the owner) is so easy to work with and super caring/sweet. There were 5 of us which included 2 adults and 3 children aged 16, 14 and 3. We enjoyed the lay out of the living area with french doors that open to a nice patio. It is not a huge home (which Holly goes out of her way to make sure you understand the layout) but it was perfect for our family of 5 to create wonderful memories by the beach and we will be back.

Amazing beach house!

We have had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage for several years now as part of our annual family vacation. It is the perfect size for the three of us -- me, my husband and 7 year old son -- and has truly become our home away from home. It is upgraded with a wonderful kitchen and bathroom -- and lovely decor throughout. It is only a few blocks from the beach and everything Laguna Beach (and the surrounding area) has to offer. We spend our time at the beach, enjoying the great restaurants in art galleries in town... or just hanging out at this gorgeous bungalow. In addition, Holly is an absolute joy to work with -- we are so fortunate that this beautiful home has become part of our family tradition. I cannot recommend it highly enough -- and we look forward to returning later this summer.

Absolutely stunning!!!

I can't say enough about this adorable beach house! Upon arrival everything was as Holly promised. I had brought my own supplies (ie: paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, kitchen towels, just to name a few), but wouldn't have needed any of it. She has got this cottage so very well stocked. She forgot nothing, it's all right here. This place is so beautifully decorated and very well laid out for its size. Holly is an absolute dream to work with, you will not be disappointed on any level. Can't wait to book again, I'd love to live here!!!

Absolutely Charming !

We recently stayed 10 days at Holly's Laguna Beach House, and it was perfect. The house is so comfortable, and the decor creates a warm ambiance. We loved the patios and the view of the ocean. Holly was always available, responsive, and thoughtful. One of my big issues is chemicals cleansers and strong smells; Holly's house smells like the Four Seasons, simple and fresh. The kitchen is perfect, with everything needed. For those who like a power shower....very nice! We are already planning our next visit and will most definitely plan it around Holly's availability. Even better the second time!

This is the second year in a row we have rented this house from Holly and it was even better then I remembered. It is charming and cute and the decor is simply beautiful. Beachy but tasteful, not tacky. The linens are terrific which makes for an amazing rest. Everything you need is there—oversized beach towels, tons of bath towels, beach chairs, even boogie boards. We stayed with our two teenage sons and there was plenty of room (really comfy pull out couch). Lots around the house (walkable) as well: great beaches, 7-11, great restaurants, nail salon. The kids had a lot of freedom, especially with the free trolley stop at the corner to take them to town. I can't say enough about this house and Holly is terrific to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Truly Outstanding Beach House and Best VRBO Experience Ever!

I stayed at Holly's beautiful beach house for the past four days and nights, and this was the nicest overall property and owner experience I have had (and I have used VRBO for several years now, with rental homes all over the world). Holly is a pleasure to work with, and her place is perfect for a relaxing retreat in beautiful Laguna Beach--an easy and super quick drive (by car or free trolly) down to the heart of Laguna, and equally easy to get to Dana Point or points along Crown Valley Parkway (my gym was in Laguna Niguel and I went every day). The house is truly a HOME, which made it extra special to me. So welcoming and comfortable, with every conceivable amenity provided. I will try to never stay anywhere else in South Orange County when I am looking to get away from it all. Thanks Holly!

Fabulous! Could not be better!

I came out with my husband and two teenage boys in early July for vacation and we were so thrilled with this house. It is charming and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect size for our family and the price can't be beat. Everything was available for our use—beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. This made it so much easier on a beach vacation. The kitchen is modern and the bathroom has an awesome rain shower. The location is south of town which is perfect. It is quiet and less crowded and only a couple blocks to the beach and the free trolley which will take you into town. There are beautiful places to walk and explore in this neighborhood—we even found a great path down through the canyon to the beach. Holly is a gem to work with and super responsive. You simply cannot go wrong renting this house!

WONDERFUL DECEMBER HOLIDAY!

My husband and I just spent the month of December (2013) at this lovely cottage (BEST HOUSE ON THE BLOCK!!!!). We had a lovely time with our older/married kids and our grandkids when they'd come to visit. My husband called it the POTTERY BARN COTTAGE and still talks about it to everyone. I decorated it as much as I could for Christmas trying to make it cheery for visitors and I probably decorated the best tree I've done yet!!! We now have a favorite food take out: PAPA'S TACO'S!!!! Just a short walking distance! Counting over 12 times + that we ate from there! We miss it! That month was the end of a 4 month trip for my husband and myself. We're now safe and sound back at our lovely house in Colorado and trying to get used to the snow again! Lots of snow! We had a lovely time in Laguna Beach because it was so close to our kids and grandkids. Our kids grew up in Irvine and we lived a total of about 28 + years in California! Colorado is a much slower pace and we're glad to be home. Back to the cottage......it was decorated very tastefully by Holly the owner. She's one great homeowner to work with! Wonderful Beach Cottage in South Laguna!!!

We had an amazing time at this cute hideaway in South Laguna. The beach house is well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of extras. There were plenty of towels, linens, pantry essentials, and even boogie boards, totes and chairs for the beach! We were impressed by how immaculate everything was and how beautifully everything had been decorated. There were lots of candles to create the perfect atmosphere; in fact, one candle on the coffee table smelled so good, I wish I could buy one for home! The floor plan was open and airy with lots of windows and French doors. We arrived in the middle of the heatwave, but thanks to the great ceiling fan and the other fans provided, we were able to keep perfectly cool. In fact, it was much more comfortable than the beach, so we ended up barbecuing in the backyard, which was wonderful. The little white LED lights hung on the patio cover gave it a great ambiance. While you could eat in the dining room, there was plenty of seating outside in the front or the backyard--our favorite was the cute patio set near the fountain in the front yard. And the lounge chairs in the front yard were perfect for enjoying the view! The owner was truly a pleasure to work with--she really went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and well taken care of. She has a wealth of information about the area and there is a wonderful resource book that she has left in the office with everything you need to know, and then some! There are restaurants within walking distance--Ti Amo, Laguna Thai, Coyote Grill, and Eva's Caribbean. And for fancier fare, there is always Studio at the Montage. All in all, it was an amazing, relaxing experience and we really wished we had more time to spend at this awesome place!

A perfect winter get-away!

This beautiful bungalow was the perfect place for our winter get-away. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bungalow was the perfect size for my husband and me and one or two of our children when they could break away from their busy lives in LA. We worked from home during the week and found the office space perfect for private zoom meetings. We all enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and the beach access is just a quick walk and down some steps. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. There is a fun taqueria with a great happy hour that we enjoyed on our way back from the beach some evenings. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had a great time, too. It is a very dog-friendly community with a great dog park not too far away. The owner of this bungalow is kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I can't imagine a more perfect place to escape to during the winter.

Perfect beach getaway!

I would give Holly's place a million stars if I could. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a wonderful place to work and take a long sunset walk at night. I worked from home during our month-long stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Holly was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful cottage

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The cottage was roomy well-equipped and the Location was excellent. Beaches nearby! 1000 steps was an adventure for those of us over 60. Lol
