You'll love the beachy decor and comfortable living space. This updated two bedroom townhome has plenty of room to comfortably host up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms downstairs (each with an interior bathroom) and there is additional sleeping for 2 upstairs on the pull out sofa bed. The main living space is upstairs and includes an open concept living/dining area that flows into the kithen with the laundry room and half bathroom off the kitchen. The screened in porch is off the living space and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a refreshing afternoon cocktail.

The back yard is ideal for entertaining and includes a picnic bench, gas grill, 2 lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach! You can enjoy spending time with your dogs here as well with a fully fenced in yard.

The home is well stocked with all the essentials you'd need for your trip, including high speed internet and three TVs with Roku's (one in the living room, and one in each bedroom). In addition to the essentials, we've also incldued a pack and play for those traveling with young children, a beach wagon for easy beach transport, and 2 beach cruiser bikes to enjoy riding around the area.

Beach Baby is an end unit townhome located on the east end of Panama City Beach in a quiet neighborhood. There's public beach access via Rick Seltzer Park just a couple blocks away, and many dining and entertainment options nearby to choose from. It comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces, and there is also an additional area to the right of the home that is perfect for guests who need additional parking for an RV, boat, or golf cart.
