Accès Internet!!!! Cette villa comprend une chambre séparée avec un lit queen-size, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et un coin repas combinés. La literie supplémentaire pour cette villa comprend un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon et deux lits superposés dans le couloir, entre la chambre et le salon, qui sont idéaux pour les petits enfants. Il y a un balcon situé à côté du salon qui offre une belle vue sur l'océan. Vous constaterez que Seaside Villa est située à l’extrémité sud de l’île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Seaside est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Les installations comprennent une piscine sur place et un accès gratuit au club des joueurs pour l'utilisation de leur piscine intérieure chauffée ainsi que de leur centre de remise en forme.

Incredible view! Awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Beach getaway

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

Seaside Villa

This could be a fantastic rental with a few upgrades. First and foremost, the lock on the door was so difficult that we struggled to get in every time we left. Once inside, the view is amazing! However, the items inside feel dated and well used—and the kitchen could use some additional supplies for guests who like to cook. Overall, this is a fine place to stay especially for a shorter stay on HHI.

Beautiful view

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the porch as much as we’d like - because our neighbors were chain smokers...blowing right on to our porch.

It had everything needed but an ironing board. Sunrise in the morning and a cocktail in the evening on the deck is a great way to take in an amazing view. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Hilton Head, it was me, my husband and our 3 children age 5, 2, and 1. We all had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. There was room for all of us to sleep and be together. The pool was great for my kiddos and the private walkway to beach was wonderful. Parking can get tricky, and there was a few things that the kitchen needed like scissors, and a few more pots and pans. The door to one of the main hall closets was taped shut but wouldn’t remain shut so we had to stick something in front of it to keep the door closed but that was no big deal. Overall the stay was great, the place was even better and we could’ve of been happier.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 325 of Seaside Villas was very nice and clean. It is one of the end units facing the beach so that was extra nice. Vacation Time of HHI is always very easy to deal with and we feel like we get a better value than dealing directly with VRBO. Two small concert with this unit Wr that there were no really good cable channels that we could find. No sports, no news etc. Also, the let out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable because of the base of the couch digging into your back through the matters. Overall, I would stay here again as it was very clean and convenient. And Vacation Time is excellent to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the view and provisions of SV 325. The villa was clean and accommodating. My wife and I are very appreciative of the owners being flexible to allow us a 10 day stay during our time there. Please pass that along to them. As with all villas without central HVAC, the kitchen-den area was cool, but the bedroom was not. The villa had a portable floor fan, which we used, along with a second fan that we brought with us, in an effort to move the cool air back into the bedroom. We would recommend this villa to others, during a cooler time of the year. Did encounter a large cockroach in the shower one morning, but no other insects.

Outdated Unit - Killed Roach

Reviewer Comments: Our family moved to unit 325 from Unit 310 as Unit 310 had an unbearable odor which caused nausea and extreme coughing. So the Property Management company transferred us to unit 325. Once in Unit 325, though no odor, unit had hair on tables, old furniture, old appliances, stained refrigerator, and we killed a roach climbing the walls. The overall Seaside complex is old and in need of updates. Unit 325 did however have a nice view of the beach and new shower. For what we'd paid, these older outdated units were unacceptable and didn't match the charge.
