Spacious condo that sleeps 8 people (children are counted in this total. The condo is located in the Stoneridge Building in the Villages of Seven Springs on the main grounds of the resort, The building is located at the top of the mountain on Boomerang Trail and the confluence where four of the main south face ski slopes come together, with two of the chair lifts stopping right behind the condo building so you can ski from the chair to the front of the condo building and the ski lockers and garages. The condo has four full bedrooms; living room overlooking the ski trails and slopes; large dining area (table seats 8); kitchen; 3 bathrooms (with tub and shower); laundry washer and dryer in the condo; 2 TVs and DVD players; free WIFI; private balcony; free parking at the building; access to private Tower Lounge in the building where there is an 8-person hot tub, gas fireplace and TV, 8-person sauna, 2 showers; exercise room with equipment and free weights. After ski season the area outside the lounge has grills and picnic tables. You may also use my garage to store ski and sporting equipment. The garage has seating and racks for skis and snowboards. In addition, you may use my two indoor, heated ski lockers {each locker easily fits 4 skis/snowboards and boots). The kitchen is equipped with the following: full stove/oven, full fridge, large microwave, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, ten cup coffee maker and single cup (pod type) coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, crock pot, blender, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, serving bowls, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc. Bullwinkles condo is beautifully mountain theme furnished, top to bottom (including theme patterned linens!). There are custom painted murals by a Bavarian artist specially commissioned to create the perfect replica of a European Ski Lodge. slopes. This condo has it all - charm and warmth you can't resist. The condo building also has a beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball court, playground, grills and picnic tables at the condo building. A free resort shuttle bus stops at the Stoneridge Building. The resort at the main lodge area has pools, bowling, game room, indoor miniature golf, PGA rated outdoor golf course, a sporting clay firing range, archery range, a number of trop notch restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, bakery, candy shops, comedy club, dance clubs, intimate pubs, etc. This resort has everything a vacationer could wish for.
Occupancy is strictly limited to an absolute maximum of 8 people. This includes adults and children. Total occupancy is strictly enforced, as well as behavior that does not disturb the peace, quiet, security and safety of building occupants is strictly enforced by on-site 24/7 security personnel.
Minimum rental term is 2 nights. Maximum rental term is 7 nights. No long-term rentals.
Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months trails are used for hiking and biking. 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30-minute ride from the resort. You could not pick a more enjoyable and versatile location than '7 Springs', rated the #1 all-round resort on the East Coast.
This condo is an absolutely perfect place to spend leisure time any season of the year. You and your family deserve to kick-back, take a breather, pamper and enjoy yourselves while making cherished memories.

Absolutely no pets/animals of any type are permitted in the condo on Stoneridge Building.
Age of primary renter - At all times there must be a person of at least 30 years of age in the condo with individuals less than 30 years of age.
I do not accept reservations less than two days prior to your desired arrival date.

My name is Joyce Sweasy. I am a retired U.S. Army Colonel. While in the Army I was stationed in Germany and Italy and fell in love with the Alps. I am also an avid skier.. Remembering those awesome Bavarian chalets, I wanted to make the interior of my condo as much like those chalets as possible. For that reason I hired a professional decorator and an artist from Germany to recreate the Bavarian atmosphere with murals, flooring, and items from Bavaria and the Alps. .
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The condo is located in the "Villages of Seven Springs" just as you enter the resort main entrance at Water Wheel Drive. It is very spacious and was custom decorated by a professional designer from Bavaria. It is a ski-in, ski-out condo right on the slopes. Chair lift 1 or 2 stop right behind the condo. I have 2 private/locking in-door, heated ski lockers that easily fit up to 8 pair of skis, poles or snowboards. No need to walk to the slopes or take the ski bus - the entrance to Boomerang Slope is right at the ski lockers. The condo is perfect for your enjoyment of the resort as well as a place to stay while you visit all the Laurel Highlands has to offer for all year round enjoyment. Condo is on the main resort near the lodge. The resort has special events and so much more. The Free resort shuttle bus picks you up right at the condo ground floor. In spring, summer and fall you can walk from the condo to the mountain slopes and trails for biking and hiking. The main resort lodge is just minutes from the condo. Condo has every amenity you would want during your vacation. The condo has 2 balconies facing the slopes providing a fantastic view.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Ski in - ski out condo on the main part of the Seven Springs Resort. Condo is located right on the main slopes. Two private, locking ski lockers on the ground floor of the condo. Includes use of the private Tower Lounge at the condo building. The lounge has a 10 person hot tub, 6 person sauna, exercise and weight room, seating with a large TV and gas fireplace. In summer use the building outdoor pool and tennis courts. The resort has every amenity you would want during your vacation. Furnished very uniquely in a Bavarian Lodge theme. Living room picture windows and 2 balconies facing the mountain provide a fantastic view. Condo is located in the Villages of Seven Springs as you drive in the main entrance to the resort on Water Wheel Drive, just minutes from the main lodge, resort shops, restaurants, ski school, lifts, etc. The resort is in Laurel Highlands. Stay at the condo and use it as a base to visit all the wonderful places surrounding the resort offering endless activities all year round. Lots of parking in a very large parking lot right at the condo building. Everything in the condo was specially selected to make it unique from hand painted Bavarian murals in the living room and each bedroom, antler lamps and chandelier, granite counters in the kitchen, Bathrooms are fully tiled in custom made ceramic tiles with a forest motif. The custom made tiles on the kitchen floor are a mountain motif. There is a laundry washer and dryer in the condo. Floors are rock maple throughout. Master bedroom furniture was hand made and painted in Germany with Bavarian scenes.
