Cette maison de ville est situé dans Clearbrook II et offre trois chambres, deux salles de bains et une cuisine joliment rénové.

Deux des chambres (dont une offrant un lit queen l'autre, deux ensembles de lits superposés), une salle de bain complète et salle de lavage sont situés sur l'étage inférieur de la maison. La zone cuisine à aire ouverte, salle à manger et salon est situé sur le niveau intermédiaire et offre un grand écran plat HDTV, BlueRay DVD et foyer au gaz. La suite chambre des maîtres avec lit king size, TV grand écran plat et salle de bain privée est sur le haut-plus-de-chaussée. Enfin, le loft assis avec TV à écran plat et BlueRay DVD est sur le palier entre le salon et la suite parentale.

Localement, vous trouverez beaucoup d'activités saisonnières et toute l'année pour remplir votre temps, y compris le shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d'attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique, raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

Very nice

Great stay! Clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen. No mention of it but there is a keurig. Nice outdoor deck with furniture. Only downfall is there is no air conditioning and it was HOT! There were lots of fans but still hot especially upstairs bedroom. Other than that we loved it.

Amazing, far exceeded expectations

The house is gorgeous! The photos do not even remotely do it justice. 5 levels of contemporary awesome, all cool angles with these huge picture windows throughout. The neighborhood is delightful. I took multiple walks every day and everyone I met was so nice. It was a terrific place to bring my pup. You do have to keep your dog on a leash as there isn't really a backyard you can safely let them out into, but the neighborhood is highly walkable including a neat little trail through the woods and along a creek (on other side of the development) with several "dog areas." Super nice, comfy leather sofa and chairs around fireplace and big tv with roku. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you need if you want cook - pots, pans, cooking utensils, pot holders, etc to, if you poke around a little, i found olive oil, sugar, some extra keurig pods (I'm guessing some from the generosity of previous renters - thank you whoever left the crackers!). Everything was clean and easy to use. Great location, about 1 mile down main road to Loon. I lucked into enjoying both skiing and sunny spring weather while there and imagine this place must be wondeful in every season. It was so unexpectedly fantastic that I ended up extending my last minute weekend trip to an entire week (there is also a full washer /dryer there that allowed me to do that). I will definitely look to return here or other similar residences in the neighborhood.

Great location

We rented aunit, which was a huge property, had all the comforts of home. It was in a great location, there is a river right across the street we spent time at, we had access to the Loon Mtn resorts pool and fitness centers which was located very close by. Very happy with our stay.

Relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was clean and nicely stocked with kitchen supplies. The only thing I would recommend is that the dryer be replaced. There is a note on it that says it won’t automatically turn off so you need to hang around the rental waiting to manually shut off the dryer. Other than that the rental was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect location for our weekend plans and allowed pets so we were able to bring our pups. The photo looked like there was some yard area, but picture is deceiving, there isn't much of a yard, the condo sits on a pretty steel slope, definitely can't walk the dogs around the yard. The lock box worked differently than what we expected, after fudging around with it for 20-30 minutes, we called the number given. It was very simple and we felt bad we had to call. Instructions to open should be listed on the email received with the lockbox code. The gas fireplace thermostat did not function properly, after the first night we were able to figure it out so that we could use it. All in all it was okay, a bit expensive for an off season weekend.

We always love to find a pet friendly destination, and we would love to visit for years to come.What went above and beyond was when we embarrassingly left a bag of dirty clothes from our trip in the master bedroom. We appreciate the professionalism of letting us know and mailing it right to us! We are so sorry for forgetting our bag, but thank you for prioritizing getting our items back to us 😊.

Reviewer Comments: The lights leading down the walkway did not work at all I went to use the oven to cook and found it had a lot of oven cleaner spray on the interior of the oven. It me a bit to clean and wipe it down I all so found mice turds in the bottom drawer of the ovenBesides that it was very pleasant and very dog friendly

Very nice Clearbrook condo

We have stayed in a number of these units over the years because of the great location for fall hiking, and this was one of the nicest. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, paper goods, etc, and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the quality of the towels was terrible. But otherwise it's a great lay-out for a large family (we had six people), and we appreciate that they are pet-friendly.
