Pratique pour la navette de ski et seulement huit marches pour aller à cette maison de vacances. Profitez de la vue d'hiver de Loon Mountain depuis le salon accueillant ou le pont spacieux. Situé sur le niveau d'entrée sont une salle de bain complète et une chambre avec un lit queen. La chambre principale est sur le fond le plus-de-chaussée. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et salle de bain privée complète. Les espaces de vie, salle à manger et cuisine sont sur le niveau moyen de la maison. La plate-forme est également un accès à partir de la mi-niveau. Le dernier étage de la maison de ville détient la mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux et un ensemble de lits superposés.

Votre séjour comprend l'adhésion au Village de natation, de tennis, et Fitness Club avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, quatre jacuzzis (une en plein air), un sauna, une salle d'exercice, et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plaisir. À proximité faire de l'équitation, le VTT, la randonnée et la pittoresque ciel en télécabine au sommet de Loon Mountain.

Piscine et un club de remise en forme peuvent être indisponibles pour de courtes périodes en raison de l'entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negative was that the downstairs bedroom and area around that has a massive mold and musty smell. So if you inquire about this rental ask if is been taken care of . We tried to air it out with no luck.The agency was notified .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looncondoconnection and Susan are great. The unit, however, was not my favorite. I've stayed at the village of loon every summer since 2002 and this is the first unit I cannot actually recommend. The master downstairs is very, very damp and humid, and there is a smell that is fairly strong, like mildew or mold. The beds are not comfortable and my guests actually went out and bought an air mattress instead of sleeping in their bed. Not much has been updated. Overall, it is fine for a couple of nights but that's about it.

Thank you for your candid review. We've been in touch with the homeowner and by this weekend, both queen beds and 2 twins will be replaced, Two sofas will be replaced with another sofa and arm chair, keeping the leather one in place. They are also ordering a dehumidifier unit. We hope you'll come back and try the updated version this fall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Loon Village and we’ve stayed at many places. While this unit looked like the rest, in terms of layout, but it was more worn down. The furniture was in bad shape (the dresser was missing the metal tracks, the bench at the door was unstable, curtains upstairs were a nightmare and a few other things). Also the smell of mildew and must was so bad that we needed to use air fresheners from the car. The smell from the dishwasher and sink was terrible and not cleaned out.The rug looked brand new and it was very clean. Overall the place just needs updating and some TLC. My family and I still had a great time and were able to continue our vacation without issues, we just avoided using the dressers, etc.

They had dish soap, soap in all bathrooms, detergent for washer. The location was great. Big deck for all of us to sit on. Beds were good and bedding was clean. It was great would return again.

The bedroom with the bunk and queen bed has a cramped and impractical layout. It is very difficult to enter the room because the queen bed is oversized for the floor layout.In the main bathroom, there was something wrong with the shower knob - it was difficult to set the correct temperature - it should be repaired.The kitchen layout is substandard. Only 1 person could be doing anything in there at a time. The knobs on the stove were so faded as to be impossible to read normally, so we could not tell whether the element was on high or low or off. The oven should come with instructions. The timer did not work and the mode selector was not obvious.

We're glad that you enjoyed your stay. We'll check into the shower and stove knobs. The kitchen of most Village of Loon units can be a little cramped, due to the fireplace being the 3rd wall.
