Our property is best suited for friends and family stays and not furnished to accommodate work crews.

Golf outing

I have rented a lot of VRBO rentals over the years in all different states. This by far was the nicest place I rented. It's was exceptional. The house was immaculate. Location was great and dealing with the owners was a great experience. They were very responsive to my needs. Overall a very delightful experience.

Comfortable and great location

Beautiful cozy home within minutes to all your needs and downtown New Bern. Especially liked the coffee/cocoa bar. The hosts really go out of their way to add little touches to make our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will definitely stay here in the future if we return to the area!

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the house and stay immenseley. The house was very clean and accommodating. We will try to go again next year. Historic New Bern Bike MS

We had a great time in New Bern despite the rain on Saturday! The location was a very short drive to the Bike MS start. Beds were comfortable and lovedthe quilt on the bed

Great home close to home

Having lived in New Bern for 38 years our family has grown and outgrown our home. It was wonderful finding a place close to us that some of our grown children and grandchild can stay. Check out was very convenient and they loved the location. Within walking distance to Cookout!! Thank you for a great visit!!

Mum Fest Vendor

Was able to stay during our visit to new bern as a vendor at the festival. It was 10 minutes from the festival and we were able to come back to the house and rest and I was able to pull my trailer through the U driveway with no problems. Which is a bonus because backing is not my strong suit.

Our Wedding Home Away From Home

My family (bride’s family) stayed in this house for our New Bern wedding. We had a great visit and loved all the personal touches! The best feature is the heat in the hallway bathroom! The house was very clean, safe, and easy to access. It was in a great location for all things New Bern. We loved our trip! Excellent hosts!

The home was nest In A quaint neighbor close to all the shopping venues and eatery. All the comfort of home. Recommend for any occasion. We were very impressed and thankful for the opportunity to share a great home.

Family Holidays

My mother recently moved to a senior living space so we now need accommodations when we come to visit. My daughter and grandson came with me to visit for Christmas and this house was perfect! The hosts have thought of everything! Very welcoming to have a few snacks and drinks available after traveling 5 hrs. They even had a Christmas tree much to my grandson's delight! Would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much!

Bill was very accommodating and quick at getting back to me with any questions I had. The house was very clean and all the little touches (cookie's, breakfast bars water in the refrigerator) were a welcome surprise. I would say 5 stars are not enough.
