Une rénovation unique au centre de tout - LA MEILLEURE LOCATION CENTRE-VILLE!

Bienvenue à East Street! Nous vous invitons à passer du temps dans notre magnifique maison au coeur du quartier historique. Nous proposons trois étages complets de luxe avec un porche, un portique et un patio arrière privé, un soin rare dans le centre-ville d'Annapolis. Cette maison a été achetée en août 2017, donc tout est en parfaite forme et neuf. Nous sommes une propriété de location à temps plein afin qu'il y ait beaucoup de place pour tous vos personnages - pas de partage d'espace de tiroir ou d'armoires avec les propriétaires.
Venez vivre comme les habitants et marcher à quelques pâtés de maisons de tous les sites - nous sommes à moins de cent pas de la maison d'état, à trois pâtés de maisons de la Naval Academy / City Dock et à environ 5 minutes de St Marys et The Annapolis Yacht Club. Nous pouvons accueillir une voiture avec une carte de stationnement dans la rue. Quelle que soit la raison pour laquelle vous visitez la ville, nous vous invitons à venir à notre propriété de location à temps plein et à faire de nouveaux souvenirs!

Perfect Annapolis Location for Families!

We loved our stay! This property was ideal for our group (small children and two families in town for a Naval Academy wedding), and its Annapolis location is absolutely perfect.We loved being able to walk to the Academy, the wharf, and nearby shops and coffee spots. The outdoor area is a great feature. A bit of tree pollen was present in the property's back patio, but it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. The property delivered on everything it promised!

Perfect location for reunion

This was the perfect location to celebrate our USNA reunion. The bedrooms are such that it worked really well for our kids that came with us, while still giving the other adults their own private space. Super convenient to all things Academy-related and downtown Annapolis. I would absolutely stay here again!

Annapolis Fun

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the house is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the backyard for eating and sitting out at night. The property was gorgeous and the bedrooms comfortable. It was the perfect spot to enjoy family and the docks and restaurants of Annapolis. Would definitely recommend.

Unforgettable Trip to Annapolis

Outstanding, perfect location, must see! This property is exceptional and quaint. We were there with family for a wedding. This property had everything you would need for an awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A beautiful property with unique furnishings that added to the beauty and personality of this place. The beds were amazing and the kitchen had everything you need at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to say in Annapolis. Would love to come back again and stay at this property.

Great location, updated, comfy house

We stayed here for 5 nights July 2018. The house is in a GREAT LOCATION, nice comfy beds, spacious, updated, easy kitchen, good TV's, good washer/dryer, great AC, easy to use keys and parking pass. Megan is easy to communicate with, gave me security deposit back same day as we left. Only drawbacks: parking is hard to find in Annapolis, only 2 bathrooms for our 9 people, no master bath, loud barking dogs at 4am for an hour x 2 nights, woke early with sun because no curtains above shutters.

Really great place in a great location

This house was very clean and spacious, and well designed. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We went with our 4 year old, 8 month old and my mom, and there was room for everyone. The area is also super central to everything. My only complaint is that the bedroom on the top floor was freezing at night and doesn’t seem to be connected to the heating system. But we made it work. If you are considering this location I would book!

Perfect!

This house is perfect for a family or friend group visiting Annapolis for a celebration or event. First, it is very convenient to St. John's College, the other college in Annapolis, Main Street, and the harbor. The street is a perfect historic Annapolis street, with convenient access to a wine/commestibles store and the Brown Mustache Coffee Shop for your evening and morning needs. All four bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, so you can enjoy a morning breakfast at home or host an evening happy hour or dinner. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, and the back porch and courtyard are absolutely lovely. There's room for everyone to gather or get away from each other, whichever is more appealing at the time. A wonderful, elegant, well furnished home base in Annapolis!

Perfect!

The location for our reunion was perfect. The house was the perfect size to accommodate our group. Everybody had their own bed and the beds are super comfortable. There was coffee,which is a plus as well as Splenda and creamer. The house is very well stocked and cozy. Everyone loved it.

This house is close to everything. We loved walking into town for lunch or dinner. The shopping was great too. The house has everything you might need. Comfy beds and pillows. I would definitely stay again.
