Spacious 3 bedroom cabin overlooking beautiful Lake City, Colorado. Relax by the firepit or sit on the deck taking in some of the best views of Red and Round Mountain that the area has to offer. Large onsite parking area, OHV permitted and accessible to Alpine Loop from the cabin. Minutes walk to downtown! Primary cabin accommodates 10 guests & attached, ***private entrance 6 bed bunk room available to rent for additional fee.***(Contact hosts to add the bunkhouse to your stay). We have fishing poles and bikes available for use! Please note: For the safety and security of both our guests and home, there are two exterior security cameras present on the property: one facing the dumpster and another facing the front entry/parking space

Beautiful cabin with spectacular view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was clean and provided everything we needed during our 5 day stay. Lake City is UTV friendly which is the reason we chose to stay here instead of Silverton. I would highly recommend staying in Lake City and this cabin, it was absolutely beautiful with a spectacular view!

Lake City Gem

A property that is mesmerizing. Superb location for accessing Lake City itself or the Alpine Loop for any OHV riders or hikers. The neighborhood is quiet and easily navigated. The mornings on the deck is beyond description. Had everything our group needed to prepare meals or too washing clothes. Would book again or recommend to future travelers. Nothing but great memories made.

Atv trip 2023

This place is great. Very well stocked the best I’ve every been by far hands down. Alot of utensils & cookware (reg pots & pans plus elec skillet & crockpot). Quality bedding & towels. The country store is few hundred feet away as a crow flys nice quite place. Yes there will be some atv noise but not before 7 or after dark. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Owner Josh was great to deal with

I couldn't have asked for anything better! Every tiny detail was well thought out and the house was immaculate. We have zero complaints and would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. There was plenty of space, extra items that we forgot (we replaced them before we left) and all of the kitchen utensils/appliances we needed. The deck was an amazing area to sit and enjoy coffee and to soak up the surroundings. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions and provided suggestions of springs to visit in the area. Highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect Location, Perfect Space, Perfect Vacay!!

Listing was spot-on. Property Manger communicated timely and everything was just as it should be! We loved the location and being able to ride the Alpine Loop straight from the house. Neighborhood was very quiet - which is a must for some of us older folks after being wiped out from trailriding 11 hours each day! Kitchen was perfectly stocked as was the rest of the house. Beds were super comfortable. Was glad to have access to a washer/dryer after a day on the dusty trails. Just overall a beautiful experience in a cute and friendly town. If I had to list a negative, only thing we could come up with was to have adjustable shower heads so we could have stronger water pressure (took a bit with the soft rain-type heads to get soap out of hair). But that didn't cause us any grief. 10 thumbs up (there were 5 of us adults)! Thank you for a great stay.

My ONLY issue was that food from the previous renter was left. Not cleaned out and the kitchen was extremely unorganized. Pots and pans scattered all over the place and same with the lids. It was well equipped once we found everything. I would suggest better organization. I know that is minor. Everything else was really great. Thank you.

Nice place, property NOT as advertised

This was a very clean, nice, convenient VRBO. However the property was NOT as advertised. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom 3 bath, however the 4th bedroom is an extra charge we were not aware of. On the day of check in we were not able to get ahold of anyone. However on the second day we were able to get ahold of the host who was very responsive and then mentioned the 4th room was an extra charge as this room was locked. You also had to go outside the cabin to get to the 4th room. We had NO idea of this based on the advertisement and we would have never rented this as we had 4 couples in our party. One couple had to sleep on the couch in the middle of the living room. Also, we had to buy toilet paper, dishwasher pods; the home was not accommodating to 8 adults. This property was very clean, a very nice property in a great location however again just NOT as advertised which was disappointing.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we are sorry you felt mislead. Our property description clearly states that the bunk room is our fourth bedroom and also an additional charge. There was correspondence via the VRBO app upon check in date as well as text message correspondence during your stay. There was no mention of the toilet paper or the dishwasher pods in either way of communication. We do keep the house stocked but if the renter needs more than starter round of necessities, it is the renter’s responsibility.
