À PROPOS DE CETTE UNITÉ

Une unité magnifiquement rénovée à Greystone Lodge facilement accessible depuis le hall. L'unité est livré avec un lit king split dans le maître (peut être fait comme jumeaux sur demande), deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et une reine sortir dans le salon. Il y a une belle vue sur Rainbow Mountain et la piscine et le jacuzzi depuis le balcon. Cette unité est l'un des très rares à avoir une laveuse / sécheuse dans la suite. Les divertissements incluent une télévision murale de 42 pouces dans le salon avec lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo, ainsi qu'une télévision de 32 pouces dans chacune des chambres avec câble. Internet sans fil gratuit est situé dans tout le bâtiment.

À PROPOS DE GREYSTONE LODGE

Le Greystone Lodge est situé au pied de la montagne Blackcomb, à côté des NOUVELLES télécabines Blackcomb pour 10 personnes et des télésièges Magic. Un complexe de condos de style boutique avec seulement 50 unités fait de Greystone Lodge l’un des plus petits établissements de location de vacances du quartier Benchlands à Whistler. Les baies vitrées des unités lobées confèrent au Greystone Lodge son apparence époustouflante pour les passants et une superbe vue sur la montagne pour les clients qui les occupent.

GREYSTONE LODGE COMMODITÉS

Pour la détente et la commodité, les clients du Greystone Lodge trouveront une piscine extérieure chauffée mise à jour, un NOUVEAU grand bain à remous, un bain à remous intérieur, des douches et des toilettes communes. Il y a une laverie à pièces dans le bâtiment ainsi qu'un distributeur de collations rapides. Unique à Greystone Lodge est un parking souterrain gratuit, quelque chose difficile à trouver à Whistler. Les clients doivent être avertis que le parking souterrain a une hauteur totale de 6 pieds et 8 pouces. Les gros VUS équipés de porte-skis peuvent ne pas tenir dans le métro et le stationnement en hauteur sur le pavillon est très limité.

AGRÉMENTS LOCAUX

À une courte distance de marche, vous trouverez une école de ski, une location de ski et de snowboard, un service de location de vélos, des restaurants, un magasin d’alcool, une petite épicerie et divers commerces. La promenade jusqu'au village principal de Whistler durera environ 7 à 10 minutes à pied, cependant, un bus de village passe toutes les 7 minutes en hiver et toutes les 15 minutes pendant les autres mois. L'arrêt de bus est à quelques pas du hall.

D'AUTRES ACTIVITÉS

Les golfeurs peuvent profiter du parcours de golf Chateau Whistler, l’un des meilleurs terrains de golf de la Colombie-Britannique, situé à quelques pas du lodge. Lost Lake Park est situé à seulement quelques minutes du Greystone Lodge où vous pourrez faire de superbes randonnées pédestres, pique-nique, nager et pêcher en été et des pistes de ski de fond en hiver. La base de Blackcomb se transforme en un paradis pour les enfants en été quand il est converti en un terrain de jeu géant accueillant l'équitation, un mur d'escalade, divers manèges et amusements, mini-golf, et plus encore. De plus, les week-ends d'été, les visiteurs peuvent fréquenter le marché fermier de Whistler en trouvant des objets artisanaux et des aliments locaux situés au pied du mont Blackcomb.

Fantastic location and great hot tub pool

Lovely location easy ski in ski out. Right across street from bus stop. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. They could teach cleaning people to vacuum better. popcorn and the things underneath the easily movable coffee table. Other wise perfect.

Perfect snowy views

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location for skiing and there was lots of snow during our visit. The spa was good too. (Although the code door system is ridiculous and too many numbers to make it practical - & it's different again for ski lockers which hard to work) The unit was spacious but could do with little things like some shelves in ensuite bathroom for shampoo, soap, etc Also the kitchen utensils pots and pans need replacing. Money also should be spent on the building as its now becoming old & tired! Overall the accommodation is perfect for a holiday and I would recommend it.

First time at Whistler Blackcomb

Nice Clean Property but VERY Noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wanted a true "ski-in/ski-out" experience but not exactly what you get. The property was nice and very clean which is the most important, but this unit is right above the outside door, grill and pool area. You can hear everything outside as well as people above the unit and outside the door. This building is not soundproof by any stretch. Also, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the area under the lift, so lugging your skis and equipment is a bit of a chore. Will choose something closer to the lifts or slopes next time.

Convenient Clean and Comfortable

The unit was in the ground so easy access. Was pretty much exactly as described so no complaints. Only small issue was lack of comfy seating. The unit could take up a max of 6 people and sofa a chairs for three. Other than that great unit. Big thanks to Clinton at Acer Vacation Rentsls who was always on hand to help.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience - Clint and Kristy who run the property were very helpful throughout our booking experience and the actual stay was excellent - We got ski-in ski-out, a very comfortable stay, convenient location and excellent transport options - free of charge whistler shuttle which made life SO much easier. Food was easy to order in and the whole place is set-up to make life easy and enjoyable on holiday. Spa was great - and the other people in the property were pretty considerate and very little noise after hours....probably everyone SO tired after a day skiing! Overall, a GREAT holiday experience and we would come back. Thank you Clint and Kristy.

Unprofessional management company - dirty unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the suite dirty and linens that spelled like body odour. The first day of the vacation was spent washing linens and tidying up for the stay. Otherwise the location was as promised, the free parking and wifi were convenient and the overall renovations of the suite were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were close to the suite and were enjoyable for the family. When we returned home, pictures of the uncleanliness of the suite were sent to the property management company to advise. This was met with excuses, denial and accusations that the photos sent were taken at the end of our stay rather than at the beginning, insinuating that we had created the mess and were somehow trying to blame housekeeping - still unclear as to what the property manager Clint believes was to gain by this as the unit was paid for in full and at no time was anything requested for compensation, only feedback so that others would not be subjected to this dirty suite. We will not do business again with Acer vacations or stay in any building that they represent as they clearly have a different standard of cleanliness and customer service than what we are accustomed to.

Air conditioning did not work and continuous problems with the electrics in the apartment. The way the property was managed did not make it easy to coordinate maintainence and in all honesty I am on holiday I don't need the hassle.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nice, however needs some maintenance. The shower handle in master was broken. The lights under the cabinet do not work. The dryer in the unit was broken for most of our visit. We contacted the front desk 3 times. Each time we were promised they would do all they could. After 4 days we found out the dryer was broken before our stay! I am not sure why they kept this a secret? They did provide money to use the facilities in the complex, after four days, however that is not why we paid more to have it in the unit. It would be nice to have a vacuum available. One last thing. The bike storage is a joke. Some bikes have been there since what appears 1992 so it is difficult to find space. Having a TV in every room was nice.
