Welcome to 'Bubbles on the Beach!'
This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the complimentary 6-seater LSV, 6 complimentary bikes, private heated pool, multiple porches for relaxing after a day at the beach, outdoor fireplace and grill, separate carriage house with kitchenette, open concept eat-in kitchen with massive island plus the multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces - it is an absolute vacation dream home for a large family or groups! Situated right on Scenic Highway 30A in phase 1 of WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)!
It is equipped with gorgeous custom designer coastal decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining, and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this home has everything to make memories that will last a lifetime! There are also complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use (or you can arrange for beach chair setup through WaterColor).
This home has an open floor plan with plenty of separate (or combined) spaces for all ages to spread out comfortably. The home has a large dining area with doors that open to the outside, a private pool flanked by an outdoor fireplace, a separate carriage house with access to the pool area, a half bath for ease of use from the pool, and more! The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms which includes 3 King bedrooms, two of which open onto the spacious wrap-around porches. The main upstairs master's balcony is private and overlooks the pool area. The additional bedroom upstairs also has a built-in Queen-over-Queen size bunk bed with a Queen trundle pullout (sleeps 6 guests). The carriage house has 1 Queen bedroom and a Twin-size sleeper sofa, another full bathroom, and its own living area and kitchenette.
When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private swimming pool, BBQ grill, corn hole, and a beautiful outdoor Fireplace with lounge seating. Alternatively, retreat to one of the multiple porches to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. This home is pet-friendly upon approval.

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

CARRIAGE HOUSE
-Queen bedroom + Twin-sized sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub
-Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig
-First floor poolside half bathroom with exterior entry under carriage house bedroom
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs in them with streaming capabilities.
There is also a pack n' play and beach towels provided for no additional charge.
Guest access
The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5 minute LSV ride. The ultra desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
We also manage two other homes on the same street (just 2 and 4 doors down!), if you want to rent any 2 or 3 together to accommodate a larger group!
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Pool can be heated October 1 - April 30 for $50/day (must be requested in advance for the full duration of vacation).
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
