This unique cabin is located 0.8 miles from the Fourth of July Canyon and 3 miles from Red River Pass. If you love to explore this is the perfect place to stay!!! Noticed we said this is a unique cabin, well it truly is!!! Have you ever heard of that 70’s show? The inside of the cabin compliments to that era. So, if you love retro, you are going to love this property!



Designed with shag carpet, wood paneling and lots of color, this property gives you the opportunity to relive the glory days in this well-preserved cabin.



It has a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace along with TV. The dining area has a beautiful table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing your meals. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to a large deck and spacious yard for everyone to enjoy.



The Master bedroom is located on the first level with a king-sized bed and access to a full-size bathroom. On the top floor, you will find a small loft, two more bedrooms, and a full-size bathroom with standing shower. The loft has 2 twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. You will also have access to the full-size washer and dryer.



You will need 4x4 if staying in the winter to access the property. Sorry, but this cabin does not allow pets, but there is plenty of trailer parking so you can bring your mountain toys! There is also a propane grill for all your grilling needs. Get ready to make some amazing memories as you travel back in time in this fun- filled cabin.
