Nice Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in a nice one bedroom unit. Very comfortable furnishings and had a great time! Only thing we didn’t like was a group of palm trees blocked part of our ocean view.

Thank you. We can't wait to see you again. This villa is a deluxe, so it does not have a complete remodel or update. Our Superior villas are more updated with a higher rental rate.

Great getaway

Reviewer Comments: It was a short getaway for us, wished it could of been longer, two days is not enough, Loved that it seemed like we were the only ones on the beach. Coconuts can be a little pricey, Recommend that you get all essentials if you are going to stay longer . Overall a great short getaway.

Great escape to Palm Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent two day getaway on PI and thoroughly enjoyed the break. The location to Rum Bay (Restaurant) was perfect. The only downside was the coffee maker which resort team said they would replace upon our departure (3 star). We plan to build on island and recommend staying at the resort for anyone wanting a private, non-commercial type of vacation. Old Florida still exists!

The only suggestion for improvement: how about blinds on the front door since the porch light is on all night (or, how about a light switch?). Pretty minor issue. That's how fantastic everything else was.

We are frequent visitors and this condo was updated, fresh, clean, stocked with anything and everything you would need to have a home away from home feel. We highly recommend you do not hesitate to consider booking this or any of the Palm Island condo rentals and villas. A professionally run and customer service oriented company. You won't be disappointed.

Post covid short trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our two night stay for May 2021. There weren’t many available condos and overall the stay was great. We have been 4 times before over the years but this was the first time being on the first floor. Our first night was pretty noisy as the people upstairs were back and forth running and we heard everything so it was hard to sleep. The second night was much quieter as I think they must have left. After that things were great and we really enjoyed it. Next time we will be sure to find a spot that is upstairs as you hear every step being taken.

This seems to vary, but we are glad things were better. The first floor villas have the beach side access, so it's sometimes a hard choice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was phenomenal. The location helps you disconnect like no other. You are just a walk from the beach and in total relaxation mode from the minute you step into the island. The staff was friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that our back door did not lock. When we called and asked to come fix it they just added some wd40 and it worked for a short amount of time before it broke again. The maintenance staff assured that we were safe on island but coming from a big city we were not comfortable wih that answer. We had two sleepless nights because of this. Without that mishap I would give the island a 10 and its a must go destination.

Loved the walk in shower but the shower head needs a upgrade, water pressure was not good. The outside washing station had better pressure. Didn't like having easy access to the car.

This was our second stay in the unit and it suits us to a T. The only problem we had this stay was the dryer didn’t work. We don’t like having to bring back dirty, sandy clothes😧. Other than that, absolutely wonderful!

Relaxed Island Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one bedroom condo was updated and very clean, and well furnished. This particular unit (3514) was well located on the resort property, near the Beach Villas pool (which, unfortunately during our stay, had a heating malfunction, and we didn't get to use it.) We were allowed access to another pool, but farther away. WiFi service was almost non-existent. Luckily, our unit was located near the Coconuts Ice Cream Shop so we walked there at least twice a day to use the internet. Overall, enjoyed the place and would go back again.

Don't forget your mosquito soray

Housekeeping not the best sand in the bed pots dirty in kitchen and countertops pn the sticky side. They have a serious mosquito problem and should warn guests.
