The Space:

For ski-in, ski-out privileges and upscale amenities, look no further than this 2BR/2BA condo in the Everline Resort & Spa! The two-unit layout offers extra space and privacy with a main condo and an adjacent studio lock-off. You'll appreciate the gas fireplace, two well-appointed kitchenettes, and plush furnishings throughout.



In addition to an on-site chair lift, the resort features two heated pools, hot tubs, a gym, and a full-service spa. During summer months, activities include fly-fishing in the pond, tennis, and golf. An ice-skating rink and a cross-country ski area await in the winter. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away.



The main condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Kick back in the living area by the gas fireplace and screen a movie on the TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a two-burner stovetop, a sink, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Gather for meals around the table for four in the dining area. The bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The bathroom can also be accessed from the living area.



The studio accommodates four guests. Watch your favorite shows on the TV. A writing desk by the windows presents a scenic workspace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sleep soundly on two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The one improvement would be a new coach in living room area. Traveling with 2 children under 2, we were in the room a lot. The couch was pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, it was all good!

The ski lift is right outside the building! The property is very nice. There are outdoor hot tubs and a fireplace. The only disappointment was that it was not stocked with basic essentials like trash bags, dish soap etc. They did finally bring what we needed after a day or so. There are two small refrigerators with almost no freezer space so keep that in mind. Great trip!

Clean and comfortable, right next to the Resort Chair lift.

This property has the feel of a resort more than any other we've stayed at in the valley. Lot's of families with little kids and also lots of dedicated skiers at the resort.

1 king and 2 queens along with pull out couch. Very spacious and chair lift is right outside hotel room. Spa included steam sauna hot tubs. Would 100% stay here again!

Having said that, I would love to come again, and again. Easy, friendly, private, lots of food and wine bar, friendly staff at resort, and are fully agreeable to your using their baggage carts to move in. The latter was extremely nice since we were staying for a wedding.

Great family vacation

This resort is in an absolutely beautiful area with activities for all ages. There are multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, a water slide, hiking trails, bike rentals, several restaurants.. this resort has it all! We will definitely return!

Loved being able to take the kids sledding and learning snowboarding in the Squaw slopes right outside the property.
