5/7/2024 NOTICE OF ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT
STARTING 9/30/2024 THE SHOREWOOD ELEVATORS WILL BE SHUT DOWN FOR REPLACEMENT. THEY WILL START WITH THE STACKS 1, 2 & 3 UNITS 101-501, 102-502, 103-503 ELEVATOR WHICH SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 WEEKS, ONCE COMPLETED, THEY WILL MOVE TO THE 2nd ELEVATOR IN THE STACK 4, 5 & 6 UNITS 104-504, 105-505, 106-506 WHICH WILL TAKE ANOTHER 6 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION.

********3/5/2025 UPDATE - Elevator replacement has been delayed they are hoping for stack 4-6 to be completed sometime in March depending on weather and contractor's schedule and pending inspection. The elevators in 4-6 stacks are currently not available for guests use. The elevator in stack 1-3 has been completed and passed inspection and is available for guests use as of 3/7/2025.

winter break

We very much enjoyed staying on Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed reading and having a glass of wine on the deck every night.....very relaxingThe only issue we had was the gate code was changed and we were not notified. Fortunately someone was coming through the gate at the same time and she opened it for us and gave us the new code.

Pelican Perch

We had a wonderful visit! We have stayed in many units at Shorewood over the years and this might be our favorite yet. The elevator was out during out stay which added some steps to our comings and goings - but the property manager reached out to us ahead of time and warned us (making sure we didn't have any mobility issues). The communication was excellent; the email entry information worked flawlessly and the parking passes were waiting for us on the counter. We would definitely stay there again.

Girls Beach Getaway

We were three ladies looking for a relaxing Beach getaway. The location of this unit was perfect. We could walk, or bike to the beach restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay here!

Loved everything about Shorewood

We stayed here for spring break and loved every minute. We loved Shorewood. The pool and hot tub area are wonderful. It’s really essential to have a heated pool this time of year. My kids swam every single day. The view from the condo was just stunning. The inside was beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It had everything we needed. They even included some laundry pods and dishwasher pods. I appreciated that as it hasn’t been the case at other rentals.I would recommend 100%. The balcony was our favorite spot. It’s thoughtfully filled with comfy furniture so you can relax and enjoy the view and look for dolphins. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

10 wonderful days!

Clean, sunny, spacious condo with great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds, well we quipped kitchen, responsive managers. Great location on the island. Wouks stay here again.

Shorewas a good time

My wife and kids, 9 and 6, enjoyed a week long stay at Shorewood. It was a great experience. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and the shower was absolutely amazing (planning our own bath remodel now). The sand was easy to walk nicely packed for my wife (had knee meniscus and acl repair 2 months prior). Seeing dolphins follow the shrimp boats was a pleasant surprise. We definitely have it on our list of places to return. Thank you :)

Amazing condo!

We were very impressed by how well this condo was stocked for our stay- better than any other property we have stayed in before. Everything from the kitchenware to beach towels/ chairs were nice quality and plentiful. The condo is spacious and has spectacular ocean views. The balcony is furnished with a very comfortable sectional and we spent many early mornings and happy hours there enjoying the view. The balcony even stayed dry during the tropical storm which was a bonus! We had easy walks to lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. The bed was so comfortable and the ceiling fan was quiet and efficient. MJ, our host, was very responsive to questions and gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation for our anniversary dinner. We hated to leave and are definitely thinking about returning next year! Awesome place and location!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

This condo has fabulous views, a very balcony with incredibly comfortable seating, a kitchen with every gadget you could imagine, and very tastefully decorated and maintained. The setting is perfect for walking to stores, restaurants, and night life. When you're in the condo - the exquisite views of the ocean are breathtaking. MJ was incredibly hospitable and welcoming.

Great Place

The property is in a great location right on the beach. The view out the window of the beach is wonderful. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The beds, couches and recliner are very comfortable.

Peaceful Place

MJ was very thorough and responsive to questions. Condo has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and the most beautiful balcony area and picture window. I took my elderly parents and they loved sitting on the balcony and seeing/hearing the waves. We had a wonderful getaway and would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular view!

My husband and I have stayed at Shorewood Villas many times. It is a great oceanfront facility with a wonderful pool. The location is very convenient to Coligny and the numerous bike paths. Unit 303 has an amazing view of the ocean from most rooms! It’s a pleasure to cook while being able to see the waves. The balcony has very nice outdoor furniture which is comfortable and versatile. There were binoculars to view the wildlife, stars, ocean, and ships! Very nice unit and well appointed.

Worth it for the view

This property is in a great location. The view from the outdoor seating area and from the living room was incredible. Everything was exactly as you see it in the photos. I would stay here again anytime. MJ was quick to respond to questions and getting in and out of the condo was easy. Overall Five stars!

Beautiful view, comfortable place

Our family of four with two older kids stayed at MJ’s place for a week. We had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and all of the furnishings and supplies made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home rather than renting a condo. The east access to the beach and the beautiful pool also made the trip. The pool is super well kept and one of the best pools we’ve ever had on a vacation. Plenty of room and tables with umbrellas and different depths. Loved how easy it was to just walk down the walkway to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and other supplies are in the condo which is nice. We walked to coligny a couple of times which was great to not have to drive. Would recommend!
