Off and to the left of the dining room, there is the hallway to two guest bedrooms. They both offer queen beds, the larger of which has extra seating. They share a hall bath with step-in shower. The primary bedroom sits off the the second family room and offers a king bed, large smart TV and a stunning bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower as well as direct access to the pool. Separately, with it’s own private front entrance courtyard with a firepit, the casita offers a king bed, kitchenette area and the private bathroom with step-in shower and dual vanities. The casita also offers direct pool access, too.

This vacation home has great curb appeal, off-street parking in the curved driveway a spectacular private yard with a the pool, spa, multiple lounging areas and firepits, outdoor shower, and an outdoor built-in grill. This property is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just a few minutes from Ruth Hardy Park, Desert Regional Medical Center, the casino, convention center and both the Downtown area and Uptown Design District of Palm Springs. Restaurants, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and shopping boutiques are close by. Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
