This historic farmhouse is surrounded by farm animals and sits by creek side. Harvest your own eggs and April 2024, a seasonal U-pick vegetable garden will be added for guests. Experience real farm life and get away from the hustle and bustle! It brings back memories of being at grandma's house for many. If you've never experienced what it was like, come experience it for yourself!

Hands-on farm experiences are available by appointment. Your choice of gardening 101, animal interaction, and farm history tours.
Also, there's a big, flat yard for the kids to play. A washer and dryer is included in the unit.
Wake up to the rooster crowing and the birds chirping and enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or back patio in a farm setting.
The house & driveway are located on a flat, 1/2 acre lot with plenty of space for the kids to play. You will arrive and pull up to the side-porch where you will find a number of vintage appliances displayed. Once entering into the kitchen, you will see a fresh coffee bar with condiments and a farmhouse table, large enough for a fresh, homemade breakfast. Enjoy games and historical books from the living room cabinet. In the front bedroom is a full size bed, leading to the back bedroom where there is a queen bed and a unique, vintage suitcase table.
Adjoining the other side of the front bedroom is the laundry room where you can enjoy doing laundry with a view! A window above the washer allows you to enjoy watching livestock guard dogs, guineas, and cows. The guest towels are displayed in a vintage suitcase on the wall.
The one bathroom with a single vanity adjoins the laundry room that also allows a view of the honey bees in addition to the other farm animals.
The kitchen is equipped and fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Microwave, refrigerator/freezer, a four burner stove with oven.
Enjoy relaxing on the front porch with 2 rockers & a swing.
All rooms have been freshly painted and both bedrooms have new beds and bedding.
Directly behind the house there is an outdoor patio with a gas grill and firepit. From there, there's also a great view of the animals. There also stands the old Smokehouse & Spring House. Century old grapevines wrap around the buildings. Other original buildings on the farm are the Woodshed, Chicken Coop, Outhouse, Grading House, Granary, & Tobacco Barn.
