LEVEL ONE
The first floor features a one-car garage, in addition to parking space for two more vehicles in the driveway.
LEVEL TWO
The second floor features the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and our Kid Rock-themed bedroom with a king-sized bed. Additionally, the hot tub is located on the back patio.
LEVEL THREE
The third level features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and our rooftop patio. Our Alan Jackson-themed bedroom features two full-sized beds. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom and our Nudie's-themed room, which features four twin beds. Finally, you'll discover our Tootsie's-themed room with an en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, and access to the rooftop patio.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.
