Five blocks from tree lined Willamette River parks, and the bike/hike/jog path network that provides fun and easy access to UofO or downtown Eugene and the Marketplace, one mile to old town Springfield. Autzen 1.3 miles. 2 blocks from bus. Our cleaning and laundry products are free of toxins and synthetic fragrance, and appreciate you not using heavy fragrance during your stay. Cotton linens.

Singles, duos and family friendly. We can accommodate 3, if one is an infant or child and sleeping in the king size bed with you. However, we cannot host kids for free, we do charge for a third person, even if it is an infant or child. thank you.

If you are looking for more of a hotel experience, might be best to look at other listings...like we describe, your space is a separate space, but we live in the house too. You may hear us in other rooms, or come across us in the yard. We don't have to be your new best friends, but we do enjoy saying hello if we are around, and check in to see if you are comfortable, after that it's up to you to let us know if you need anything.
