Kitchen has oak cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counters. Formal living and dining room rooms greet you at the foyer. 4 full bedrooms and a flex room with a queen bed. The house was perfect for our family. The pool was nice temperature, large kitchen for prep and grill. The best part was the outdoor eating and hanging out space.

Excellent location and great pool

We enjoyed our stay because the pool was wonderful and the location was so easy to get anywhere you needed to go.Lots of room for our group of 5 adults and one toddler.

Excellent place for families

We stayed for the week of Christmas and had an amazing time. The house was immaculate, had everything you could need. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit and used daily during our stay. Close to so many fun things to do and great restaurants.

Golf & Spring Training

The use of this home, five adult males, while in Glendale was perfect.Its location to the golf courses we had reserved and to Peoria Sports Complex for the Mariner games was excellent.Ann was very communicative. No issues to report, if opportunity arises we will gladly stay here again.

Fiesta Bowl

Our annual trip for the Fiesta Bowl was a great success once again and stay at this house was a huge part. The house is extremely well taken care of, clean, and cozy. We all thoroughly our stayed. Spent plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit in the back yard. Ann was very responsive to any questions there was and we had zero issues at all. Wonderful host and stay, we intend on staying there again and I would recommend this home to anyone.

Spring break get away

Great location, wonderful warm pool, hot tub was nice. Close access to freeway roads to Sedona for couple days of hiking, Glendale area has many nice places to visit. Host provided life jackets for our toddlers and a pack n play for sleeping. Well stocked kitchen!

Family get away!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, laying by the pool and playing on the putting green. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Our family ranged in age from 1-89. Highly recommend staying here. Ann was great she was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. We hope to come back soon!

Family reunion

1. Some issues with hot water . 2. When master bedroom occupied it only leaves one bath for other 4 bedrooms to use. 3. High beds are NOT for handicapped individuals. Hard to get in bed. Bed needed to sit to get dressed, etc. 4. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. 5. Thoroughly enjoyed areas of hiking close by. Would definitely stay again.

All the amenities of home and then some!

We rented the house for the Super Bowl weekend. It was 3 couples. It has more than enough space. We cooked breakfast every morning before going out for the day. The kitchen was well equipped with nice pots, pans, utensils and the basic condiments. We dipped our toes in the heated pool. They have a hot tub and fire pit. The outside patio is lovely. We had a great time! The Philadelphia Eagles lost was a bonus. We are Cowboy fans and their fans booed Dak Prescott when he won the WP Man of Year award (Humanitarian award for work off the field). Who does that? I digress. Great place stay! If back in AZ, we will definitely see if it is available again.
