The home itself feature 3 private bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and Smart TV. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress topper and a 4th Smart TV. There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combination. Our stackable, front loading washer/dryer makes The Wellingmoor a perfect base camp for extended reservations. The open concept kitchen has all of the modern appliances and amenities you would expect and is great for preparing meals at home or ordering in, complete with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and stylish back splash. You will find bar height seating for 6 in the dining area. This charming home is finished with modern decor on the interior.

Make your way outside to the private, fenced in backyard. You can relax and entertain year round on our patio with seating for 8, string lighting, gas grill, and propane outdoor fire pit. Recharge and unwind in our deluxe hot tub, cleaned and serviced weekly.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
