Leland Lodge~ Winter Snow Park-Summer Private Lake

Welcome to our newly remodeled Leland lodge! Our cozy place is nestled amongst pine trees at Leland Meadows in beautiful Pinecrest, California. The best for all season getaways with a short 10 minute drive to PINECREST LAKE or DODGE RIDGE SKI RESORT. Or in walking distance to LELAND RESERVOIR and LELAND HIGH SIERRA SNOWPLAY. Our private lake, offers a dock, paddle boards, and peddle boats. Other outdoor amenities include tennis courts, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, and lots of hiking trails.
The space
This 1000 sq. condo has 3 levels, with sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 7. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, and a loft with one double & twin bunk, 2 full bathrooms, propane heat stove, and wall mount propane heater in one downstairs bedroom. Three decks with relaxing outdoor seating, and a Traeger BBQ. A fully stocked kitchen to prepare your meals, with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils and of course a coffee pot! All beds have freshly washed, comfy sheets, blankets, and plenty of pillows. Four TVs with DVD players and WI-FI. Also provided are a variety of board games, games, Domino’s, and cards for for adults, and children.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to entire space, except for three storage closets, which are locked up for safekeeping
Other things to note
Please respect that this property is for only 7 guests. All guests must be over 2yrs of age and supervised at all times due to stairs and propane stove. HOA requires all guests to be 25 years older to make a reservation.
STAIRS
There is a set of newly remodeled metal stairs that you have to use in order to have access to the front door.

WINTER MONTHS
Winter months can be unpredictable. Occasionally during snow storms, power outages can occur. Unfortunately, we are not giving advance notice. Also, please keep in mind that it may take a couple hours for it to come a comfortable warm temperature especially if it’s super cold outside.
Stay updated on weather/snow conditions during your stay. We highly recommend that you carry chains/or have four-wheel-drive. Shovels are provided at the front door in winter months. In the event there is no, you might have to use them to have access.

Being close to Leland Snowplay was very convenient. The little neighborhood it's in was nice. Unit itself was a little run down but clean and suited us well. Communication/rules/info was a little disorganized but we managed.

The place is nicely appointed, with a lot of the little things, like soap, shampoo, spices, coffee, games, WiFi, etc., that you don’t always remember to take. The lake was nice to paddle around on the standup paddle boards, and fishing was fun.

Awesome access to Leland Snowplay

Proximity to Leland Snowplay was awesome and it’s also close (20 mins) to Dodge Ridge. Communication was for the most part seamless and family and fur babies were cozy in the cabin.

We had a girls weekend at Leland Lodge. It was very relaxing, quiet and an overall a wonderful experience. Can’t think of anything we needed, amenities were generously provided. A terrific time was had!

Perfect Long Weekend

This location was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. The space was beautiful, had everything we needed to be comfortable and felt like a little cozy cottage. It is literally a 1 min walk to Leland snow play. We were able to take our little back for lunch and a nap and go back for more snow plan! Highly recommended!

The perfect getaway

My family had a blast. The lodge was so cozy and my family have decided to make this a place we spend our family get away. The location is perfect and what I could not get over was the cleanliness and the decors. I loved every small details. Especially the signs through the whole house. This is the perfect place to take your family and just get away from the busy life.

A great snow spot

We stayed here so that our family could spend a weekend in the snow. It’s conveniently located by Leland snow play and also Dodge Ridge. The place has a nice ambience and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We didn’t get in until the evening. Once we got things going the first night, the house was nice and cozy. The room that took the longest to heat up with the downstairs main bedroom, but everything was warm by the middle of the night.

The place was nice. Location was a little far from where I had hoped but it was ok. My biggest concern was that there was no internet. When I tried logging into the WiFi it just kept showing No Internet connection. I wanted to use some of my time to catch up on some work and I needed internet for that.

Great location + cozy cabin = family memories

My husband + teen + 2 tweens enjoyed our stay at this cabin for family bonding during their winter break. We did not expect all the boardgames, streaming tv options & thorough kitchen amenities. There was even fresh marshmallows to add to our cocoa. I appreciated that we didn’t have to run out to get more trash bags or dishwashing soap (the basics one doesn’t pack but needs). However, this cabin had more than just the basics. We will be back! Thank you for a homey, clean place to stay while making family memories!

Weekend Getaway

This quaint lodge was awesome for us! It was exactly what we were looking for and had everything that we needed. It was clean and spacious. Our host was quick with messaging responses with questions I had. The only complaint is the heat rises up to the loft so the kids were real toasty up there. That isn’t anything that can be controlled but thought I’d mention that. Thank you for your graciousness! Everything was lovely.
