We stayed at this cabin for three nights in September 2026, and it was exactly what we needed. The place is super cozy and has a very peaceful vibe. It was so easy to just relax. The location is great, too: there are lots of beautiful spots nearby for both driving and hiking.Just a quick heads-up for older guests: the house has stairs going both up and down. It wasn't a problem for us at all, but since the cabin is up pretty high (about 6,330 ft / 1,930 m), the stairs might be a bit tough for some people.Overall, we had a really great time and definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay suited our needs. But “Lake Leland” was pretty awful. The beach was a mess and deserted aside from a large quantity of bear excrement on the dock. The water was not at all inviting. On the upside, close proximity to Pinecrest lake made for an easy day trip. Now thats a beautiful spot! The host was great but there were several maintenance issues that we endured.

We loved our stay at Pinecrest! The condo was so cute. Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Decorated so cute too!! Jessica our host answered all of our questions and responded quickly. I also left my sandals and she was so sweet to offer to mail them to me. We stayed during summer and enjoyed the private lake and fishing. We plan to go back during the winter to enjoy all the snow fun :)

We were very pleased with our stay, the home was well stocked with all that you need. The kitchen was very nice, bathrooms as well. We had our grandchildren and there were plenty of board games for them when we were inside. The views were breathtaking with the sunset. One thing, there was no garbage service, so plan on taking it with you

Being close to Leland Snowplay was very convenient. The little neighborhood it's in was nice. Unit itself was a little run down but clean and suited us well. Communication/rules/info was a little disorganized but we managed.

The place is nicely appointed, with a lot of the little things, like soap, shampoo, spices, coffee, games, WiFi, etc., that you don’t always remember to take. The lake was nice to paddle around on the standup paddle boards, and fishing was fun.

Awesome access to Leland Snowplay

Proximity to Leland Snowplay was awesome and it’s also close (20 mins) to Dodge Ridge. Communication was for the most part seamless and family and fur babies were cozy in the cabin.

Mountain Haven.

We had a girls weekend at Leland Lodge. It was very relaxing, quiet and an overall a wonderful experience. Can’t think of anything we needed, amenities were generously provided. A terrific time was had!

Perfect Long Weekend

This location was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. The space was beautiful, had everything we needed to be comfortable and felt like a little cozy cottage. It is literally a 1 min walk to Leland snow play. We were able to take our little back for lunch and a nap and go back for more snow plan! Highly recommended!

The perfect getaway

My family had a blast. The lodge was so cozy and my family have decided to make this a place we spend our family get away. The location is perfect and what I could not get over was the cleanliness and the decors. I loved every small details. Especially the signs through the whole house. This is the perfect place to take your family and just get away from the busy life.

A great snow spot

We stayed here so that our family could spend a weekend in the snow. It’s conveniently located by Leland snow play and also Dodge Ridge. The place has a nice ambience and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We didn’t get in until the evening. Once we got things going the first night, the house was nice and cozy. The room that took the longest to heat up with the downstairs main bedroom, but everything was warm by the middle of the night.

The place was nice. Location was a little far from where I had hoped but it was ok. My biggest concern was that there was no internet. When I tried logging into the WiFi it just kept showing No Internet connection. I wanted to use some of my time to catch up on some work and I needed internet for that.

The host let me know, only because I asked that the water was unsafe for drinking or cooking unless boiled. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen. The place is advertised as 3 bedrooms but it is only 2 bedrooms. Could only stay one night due to the hazards. Host was unapologetic and Vrbo wants to only compensate me $300. Unacceptable.
