Penthouse Loft Downtown Huge Unit
Start your next adventure in our gorgeous historic loft, and experience a life changing stay where you will be greeted with amazing views of our city. This loft offers all the historic charm with beautiful exposed brick all throughout and the perfect mix of designer inspired decor. This is the spot you want to stay for all your visits to the Magic City! We are centrally located downtown just a short walk to several award-winning restaurants, parks, stadiums, grocery, and nightlife.
This loft offers the charm of an early 1900's building with 15ft ceilings, massive windows for natural light, exposed brick, and beautiful original concrete floors. It took almost 2 years to professionally remodel the entire building and have it elegantly designed to be an experience for each guest.
Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart Tv and a closet with velvet hangers. You can enjoy the downtown loft life with bedrooms that have open ceilings. The master bedroom has 3 queen beds and an in-suite bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine on the nightstand. Luxury linens and comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. Bathrooms have been completely remodeled for the most delightful aesthetic and spa feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker is provided with a variety of k-cups (cream and sugar).
There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the loft for your convenience with detergent. If you forget your toiletries at home, don't worry! We supply mini shampoo and conditioner. Multi-streaming Smart Tvs, loft style bedrooms with high-quality queen mattresses and easy-to-access closets.
There's the nightly rate for 1 guest and each guest after is $10/per night.
Access to the entire loft, no shared living space. No keys to lose or to return. This property provides secure, keyless entry with Smart lock. You can unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The door locks immediately behind you when you close it shut. You can access the loft any time after 3pm, which is check-in time, by using the Smart Lock.
The entrance into the common area is required in order to gain access to your assigned unit. There is a separate code for both doors for your own safety. Codes are changed between each reservation. The building has 1 other Loft so please be respectful and mindful of other guests. We do not allow parties and unregistered guests.
We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and we also provide sound machines in each bedroom. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Please be careful when staying with younger children. The inoperable historic freight elevator located inside the unit is not safe for children. No events without expressed permission in advance.
We know how much you love your furry pets, so we wanted to make our unit accessible to you. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. The fee for each pet is $60 and you need to include them in your reservation upon booking.
We pride ourselves for having an impeccable reputation for offering an upscale experience and have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and the number of guest inside the loft. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a great neighbor.
There is Free Parking located all around our Building. Refer to our guided photos highlighting the Free Parking spaces. Metered Spaces are also available in the surrounding area. You can get around to many close attractions on foot. Electric scooters and ride sharing services are available as well.

-NO smoking or illegal drug use allowed in the unit, $2,000.00 fine.
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Respect the guest above you.
-No Visitors allowed, unless host gives permission. Registered Guests can only occupy the unit.
-Please do not rearrange the furniture.
-Report any damage immediately.
-If you are removed from the unit, it is at your expense.
