Relax and soak up the beautiful Florida weather on the abundance of lounge chairs and seating surrounding the pool.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in beds, with additional kid-friendly bedding options available. Rest peacefully in the well-appointed bedrooms, featuring king and queen beds, as well as full over full bunks and two fold-out chair mattresses. For added convenience, a pack n' play, stroller, highchair, and kids dinnerware are provided. All linens and towels, including beach towels, are included.

The beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, opens up to the rest of the living space. Because let's face it, everyone always ends up in the kitchen! Enjoy ample place settings and kid-friendly dinnerware, along with pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, Instapot, air fryer, and coffee maker (complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer included!).

A gas grill with a propane tank is provided for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Please note that the tank will not be refilled, so feel free to exchange it at a local gas station or Home Depot for approximately $20. Dine casually at the kitchen counter with 5 stools or gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats 6.

Poolside, relax on the outdoor sectional sofa or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area, accommodating 6 guests. Pool settings are all scheduled for your convenience. When purchased, the pool heat is set to 85 degrees. However, please be aware that pool temperatures may be affected if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Entertainment is never in short supply with a selection of cards, board games, foosball, ping pong and pool toys. Central air conditioning ensures utmost comfort, while a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Prepare to be amazed by the extensive range of amenities included for your pleasure. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are all provided!
