In the summer, take advantage of the walking and biking trail surrounding the community, connecting you to miles of scenic trails and the stunning Swaner Nature Preserve, where you can enjoy the natural beauty and spot local wildlife. During the winter, walk to the nearby bus stop to hop on the free shuttle that takes you to world-class skiing at Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Park City Resort, as well as the charming Main Street. With so much to offer year-round, Park City Fox Point 1708 is your ideal getaway for any season!
This single level, just remodeled condo provides 1,258square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests.
After stepping up an exterior flight of stairs, you'll enter the unit's front door, putting you into the main great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen — all decked out in new furnishings.
Living Room: This room offers comfy furnishings, including a queen sofa sleeper, a Smart TV and a gas fireplace. This space also offers access to the balcony offering a BBQ grill.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers new stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with water and ice in the door, new granite countertops, and bar with seating for four. You'll also find the kitchen is well-appointed with all new kitchen equipment and utensils.
Dining Area: This dining area has a large wood table with bench seating for eight – a great space for your meals or gather for some indoor games.
