The space

Newly renovated two bedroom house on gorgeous large lot in quiet safe neighborhood and 10 minute walking distance to downtown Glens Falls. The house was built during the Civil War and has a nice front porch, a beautiful yard abutting a park so it feels like you are in the country although you just a few minutes from thriving downtown Glens Falls where you will find restaurants, shopping and more.

The kitchen has new appliances and stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. There are 2 steeps between the kitchen/dinning room and the rest of the house.

There is a newly renovated bathroom on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa, Oriental rug, a smart TV, and the electric fireplace.

The only bathroom is on the first floor with bed rooms on the second. The stairs are quite steep and narrow, as is typical of old houses.

The two bedrooms which are on the second floor are charming with sloped walls but have fairly low (6’3”) ceilings so as long as you’re not really tall, you’ll feel cozy. Master bedroom has king size bed plus futon couch/bed, and the other bedroom has two double bed.

There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, parking for one car and shed for bicycle storage.
