Lake Luzerne Cottage with Lake Rights 15 Min from Lake George
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage with a 4 minute walk to a the breathtaking Wayside beach on Lake Luzerne. Perfect for kayaking, fishing, swimming, or a relaxing getaway.
You'll be on a private road just off the lake in the beautiful town of Lake Luzerne with just a 15 min drive to Lake George and only 25 miles from Saratoga. Lake Luzerne is one of the top-rated destinations in the Adirondacks for its great views and close proximity to all the best attractions in the area.
Such a sweet cottage to stay in. Very comfortable and clean. The weather was super cold when we stayed but the cottage stayed nice and warm. Host provided great accommodations. Easy to get to from the Lake George area. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this very quaint and cozy cottage home and it was perfect for my family of 3. We loved the peace and quiet at night and our only regret is that we didnât book a longer stay. Our Hosts were very communicative when we had any questions. We will definitely love to book another stay in the future.
Was not very clean. Closets look like my grandson closest, everything just thrown in. Way too many items in a very small kitchen. Couch has seen better days. The price was good for what it is. The owner was extremely nice.
The cottage was cozy and comfortable, and is located in a very picturesque small village with plenty to do in the area. I highly recommend it to other travelers!
We had a wonderful time staying at Austinâs cabin near Lake Luzerne. He gave us great tips about local places to visit. The cabin is clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The directions to find the property and where to park were super clear. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
We were in town for a quick 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Cozy little spot that has all that you need. Love the covered porch and proximity to the beach...even though we didn't have time to frequent either.
Not clean under and all around furniture, couch had some ones Hospital paper work from 2023 and a lot of dirt .Did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time! No wash cloths .. Not very warm ,, Maybe better in the warmer weather !!
Property is very nice and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms had a lot of space, the beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were very retro, but stately (I love retro style!). Lots of sunshine from the windows. Kitchen is small, but adequate. The front porch was very nice and relaxing - I wish I couldâve enjoyed it longer. I really have no complaints except that I didnât book a longer stay! I would love to come back to it and stay longer!
Cute, clean property with full kitchen needs. Easy check in and check out process. A litte more than a 4 minute walk to Wayside Beach but not bad at all.We enjoyed paddleboarding and fishing on Lake Luzerne. The property was in quiet secluded neighborhood, next to route 9 but did not bother us. Close to great ice cream place, Bon's. Lake George was a 15 minute drive which was perfect. Will definitely be back.
It was a perfect and very comfortable location for us and our dog. The only problem was the extreme amount of sap coming off the pine trees, which is very difficult to remove from a car. We learned that you must park directly by the Bear and not near any trees to be free of the sap.
This was one of the nicest vacation rentals I've stayed in, We came up to Lake Luzerne for my husband's birthday and we cooked dinner in on the first night. I brought up some extra kitchen stuff, but realized that I didn't need any of it because the kitchen is so well equipped. It's small, but very well designed, and it has pretty much everything you need.
The decor is really cute and very Adirondack appropriate. Like most mountain cottages, it's small, but the lot is very well maintained, the porch is cute and comfortable and everything is laid out so well that it just works. We do a lot of classes at the Adirondack Folk School nearby and we will book this place again any time it's available.
It was a nice little place that was out of town but cloae enough for driving. It looked like it was on or at by the water with access but that wasn't the case. It worked well for our needs with 2 kids and a small dog. Not many trails to walk the dog though because the snooty neighbors down the road didnât want anyone walking around there. They were very unfriendly and not welcoming.
Communication with Austin was excellent who always responded quickly to our questions during our weekend stay. The house was in a good location with only a 15 minute ride to Lake George and the town of Glens Falls. We walked the 3 mile loop around the lake which was very nice.
The house was good enough for our 2 night ladies weekend, and the price was right, although we wished there had been a little more attention to details. Towels provided were old and mismatched and we had to locate them on the floor of the closet in a plastic bag, no wash cloths provided. House couldâve used a good dusting, most obvious dust was on baseboards. Closets were crowded with unnecessary stuff. Cabinet under kitchen sink seemed dirty (old sponges, etc).
House is close to busy road, can hear traffic during the night (we were there in late fall and Iâm assuming the traffic was lighter than during the warmer months).
