The main level living room has a gas fireplace, 75âSmartTv and a top of the line power recliner with adjustment options and USB ports. The lower level boasts a 55â SmartTv, gas fireplace and an extra large comfy sectional couch! The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a 40â SmartTv as well. Thereâs additional space in the lowest level that includes a Roku TV, full size futon, and a two-thirds-size pool table. We currently offer NetFlix and the ultimate package from SlingTv which offers a majority of the premium channels. Board games, cards and dice are also supplied. Propane grill and patio furniture are available as well l! All Linen is provided and the kitchen/dining has all the essentials. The property is 2 min from I-29, super close to restaurants/fast food, WH Lyon fairgrounds, and Starbucks. . Short drive to Downtown, Denny Sanford Center, Airport, and the Malls. We were in town for a wedding and it was also our first time visiting Sioux Falls. This home was perfect for us; it was clean and everything was in good working condition. The property owner was in touch to make sure we had what we needed. We ate out at Monks, Josiahâs, and Minerva and we were not disappointed! Oh and we swung through Bagel Boys on the way outta town. Shopping at Scheelâs was a success! Overall a great getaway!
This house is great. This was our second stay here. Everything is so nice. The host even game over and shoveled after a snowstorm. Thank you to our host. We will be back.
Our family was able to spread out in this spacious twin home. We made good use of the four beds, three bathrooms, and kitchen space. It's nice to have a kitchen when traveling; we gave the oven and Keurig coffee maker a little exercise.
It's not bad to get around just about anywhere in Sioux Falls, but the property was conveniently just a hop and a skip from the commercial area around 41st Street and Louise Ave.

There were 6 of us staying here (2 couples and 2 singles) and there was plenty of room! Also, one of the couples ended up in town earlier than planned and had reached out to Galen about checking in early as they had just landed from a flight and had all of their bags. Galen was so accommodating and they were able to get in early. Place was very clean and had plenty of beds and towels!
Clean, large, perfect for our short stay but would've also been great for a longer stay. Nice to also have a garage dor parking. Would definitely return.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again if weâre back in Sioux Falls.
Im a former high school teacher/coach (33 years) and became involved in âflippingâ houses and the rental business after retiring from teaching. My son and I love this neighborhood and both have homes here; so it was only natural to buy more homes in close proximity to ours to include in our rental business. Our beautiful VRBO actually is located down and across W Newcomb St from my home and several houses away from my sonâs home on W Newcomb St, which makes it very convenient to help our guests if necessary. We are âhands offâ hosts, who will show up on site only if necessary to accommodate guests. The most enjoyable part of this business is providing and maintaining a wonderful home for others to enjoy as they are away from their own homes and desire to have all the creature comforts that not every traveler is able to enjoy.
Itâs very quiet and serene, as the only traffic in the development is local traffic. West Newcomb Street is located alongside The Country Club of Sioux Falls (formerly Westward Ho Country Club), and there is just one way to get back to the development from 12th Street. All but a few homes in this area have been built since year 2,000.
