Welcome to the Welcoming Willow, our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home where Midwestern hospitality meets the comfort and convenience of modern living. Nestled in the heart of Sioux Falls, this ranch-style home is designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. Our home is not fancy or pretentious, but it’s clean, comfortable, spacious, and kid-friendly.

Where you’ll Socialize:

The Welcoming Willow features two separate living room areas. On the main level, there is a large and comfortable sectional sofa and a 65” Roku Smart TV. The lower level includes a second living area with an oversized sofa and loveseat and another 65” TV.

Adjacent to the main floor living room is the dining room (seating for 10) and kitchen. Fully equipped with All-Clad pots and pans, and all the gadgets you might need, our kitchen is ready for your pancake breakfasts, midday snacks, and homemade dinners. The coffee station, featuring a dual coffee maker (k-cup and 12-cup pot), ensures your morning starts right. Bonus: we provide coffee, creamer, and sugar.

Our fully fenced backyard is furnished with patio furniture, a propane grill, and lawn games.

Where you’ll Sleep:

Each of our four bedrooms features a premium-quality mattress and pillows. The main level primary bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, and blackout curtains, plus a 50” Roku Smart TV. Each queen bedroom - one on each level - features a JUNA mattress, a closet, and full-length mirror. The queen bedroom on the lower level includes a functional dedicated workspace (desk + chair) and a 40” Roku Smart TV. The final bedroom, also on the lower level, is perfect for friends or younger guests, and features two full-size beds. All bedrooms have been updated with white noise machines.

You can get to the Denny in 8 minutes, Falls Park in 11 minutes, and Grand Falls Casino in 23 minutes. The home is super close to shopping (Empire Mall, Scheels), universities (Augie, USF), hospitals (Avera, Sanford, LifeScape, VA), parks/ball fields (Sherman Park, Yankton Trail Park), and the Great Plains Zoo.

Do we have to keep track of keys?
Nope! No keys, card, or fob. Just a 4-digit code sent to you prior to your check-in. And we promise it’ll be an easy one to remember.

Early check-in or Late check-out?
Maybe! Depends on our schedule. Shoot us a message in VRBO and we’ll accommodate your request if possible.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes! We can make arrangements with our cleaner, and if her schedule allows, she’d be happy to do regular cleanings for an added cost.
