This home offers three stylish and comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation and a great night’s sleep.
Main Level: Features a relaxing King bedroom equipped with a white noise machine to ensure a restful night’s sleep, especially helpful as the home is located off Veterans Blvd.

Upper Level: Includes a spacious King ensuite bedroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. Just outside in the open loft area, you’ll find a twin-size bunk bed, perfect for kids.

Lower Level: A private Full/Full bunkbed ensuite bedroom offers plenty of space for additional guests or teens.

All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, nightstand, and wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TVs for your convenience.

OCCUPANCY:
10 guests (6 adults max) All guests aged 2+ must be included in the reservation.
Occupancy is strictly limited by city and fire code. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation and loss of our rental license. For liability and licensing reasons, no visitors or unregistered guests are allowed at any time.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in anytime after 4pm. $50-$100 fee for early check-in, depending on cleaner availability. Check-out is by 10am.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
Our cleaning team provides start-up supplies, be prepared to purchase more for your stay.
Includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand & face soap in each bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
The property is stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and 2 bath towels per guest (no pool towels).
Please bring or buy items like soap, shampoo, and coffee pods (Keurig).

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules.

☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.

☞Security Deposit: A $200 deposit "hold" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, if no damages occur.

☞Trip Insurance: We recommend trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.

☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.

☞Rental Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.

☞Occupancy: 10 guests maximum (6 adults max). Ages 2+ must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests incur a $150 per person, per night fee. Only children on the top bunk.

☞No visitors or unregistered guests. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per regulations. Violations may result in a $500 over-occupancy fee.

☞No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted at any time, even briefly. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.

☞Photo Variations: Photos are for reference only. Decor, beach items, and games may vary; room layout and bed sizes remain the same. No refunds for minor changes.

☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Street parking is not available.

☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.

☞Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-in $50-$100 if available; not offered during peak/holidays.

☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.

☞No smoking inside. Violations incur $250 fine, loss of deposit, and damage fees.

☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) recording during your stay. $250 fee for tampering

☞Devices: Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $250 for tampering, unplugging, disabling, or removing

☞Indoor Pool: Supervise children. Use at your own risk—no diving. Temperature is fixed at 82-85°F. No alcohol, glass, oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Hot Tub: Do not sit or stand on the cover—$400 fee for damage. Use at your own risk. No oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for your enjoyment. By using them, guests accept full responsibility and use them at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay. Please play responsibly, wear protective eyewear where appropriate, and report any damage or loss. Charges may apply for missing or damaged items.

☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. Keep doors and windows closed to minimize pests.

☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable may be disrupted due to storms or other issues. We cannot offer refunds for outages or unforeseen circumstances.

☞Trash: As we are in a bear-prone area, please do not leave food in your car, as bears may be attracted to it and could damage your vehicle. Always
