Beautiful Gulf Access Canal Pool Home is located in one of Cape Coral’s most desirable neighborhoods! It is perfect for large families/friends. While enjoying the sunshine, relax in the saltwater pool with a waterfall or unwind in the seven seat saltwater Spa hot tub for a massage! After your fun and sun filled day, experience the colorful sunset from the in water pool seat.
Enjoy your home away from home with amenities provided such as bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, pool/beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, kayaks, outdoor grill, cooler, fishing poles etc.
This vacation home features a boat dock for the convenience of renting your own boat during your stay. Enjoy access to the Gulf of Mexico with its many tropical islands, beautiful beaches and hidden coves.
The elegant primary bedroom with French doors leads out to the pool/lanai. This room is furnished with a comfortable King-Size bed, dresser, 60 inch Smart TV, a spacious walk in closet and a treadmill for those un-missed workouts! The luxurious massive primary bathroom has his and her vanities, soaking tub and a walk thru shower.
The other two bedrooms each feature a King-Size bed while the last bedroom offers a trundle day bed with two twin size beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom with combo tub and shower. All bedrooms include Smart TVs.
The spacious modern island kitchen features granite counter tops with a breakfast bar, pantry and plenty of cabinet space. All standard appliances, Keurig /traditional coffee maker, plates, dishes, bowls, pots/pans, utensils, and glassware are provided for you.
A formal dining table with seating for 7-8 is located close by in the Dining Room. Located near Breakfast Bar is a smaller casual table for four.
Enjoy the Living Room space including a 60 inch Smart TV, sofa and loveseat. This room features large disappearing sliding glass doors that open out to relaxing pool/lanai area.
The Family Room area includes 75 inch Smart TV, leather reclining sofa and leather reclining loveseat surrounded by a wall of windows and large disappearing sliding glass doors for that beautiful view to canal, pool and lanai.
Cozy up in the outdoor Lanai space with a book or your favorite tropical cocktail! This space is furnished with comfortable Sunbrella patio furniture close to the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful home HOT TUB IS A PLUS!!

Beautiful home, well stocked, great space! Shower in small bathroom seemed to leak a bit- kept towels on floor while showering ( did not use the tub in that shower). Master bathroom/bedroom was gorgeous. Love the outdoor bathroom. Oven glass was broken by previous renter- however the grill was perfect & extra propane on site was a PLUS!!! Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home!

The perfect house!

Clean and inviting as soon as we walked into the property, we felt like we were home. The layout was perfect, very spacious.Beautifully decorated and not lacking in anything. Pool temperture was great, pool was clean. All appliances were new and easy to use. I highly recommend this property

The house and pool area are amazing! So many restaurants close by if you choose to eat out, or the kitchen is well-equipped to stay in. Full sun all day with the southern exposure 🌞😎

Perfect home

The Hardin house was the highlight of our vacation. Bad weather prevented us from doing a couple things on the trip but you beautiful and functional home more than made up for it. The pool and hot tub were great and the way your home is set up it’s perfect for all and still had space for someone to do their own thing. Thank you, we’ll be back

Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Harin House. There were lots of great amenities, plenty of towels with a beautiful pool. Having access to the fishing items, beach chairs, and umbrellas was excellent. The house is beautiful and made a great stay for our family! The owners were very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying.

Beautiful house with awesome pool and hot tub

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed to have a perfect vacation! House was immaculate and decorated so cute!! Loved all the little signs and that the rooms all had a different beach theme. Master bedroom and bathroom were amazing!! Kitchen was full stocked and had every appliance needed. Pool and hot tub was so fun for adults and kids (9 and 12)! View was beautiful and really enjoyed sitting in the lanai! My daughter (12) really enjoyed sitting in the hammock and reading a book. Home was also very close to Cape Coral restaurants/shopping and Ft Myers/Sanibel/Captiva Beaches. We loved everything about this house!

An incredible and peaceful place to relax!

From the moment we walked in, we were in love with this house. Every space is beautifully decorated. The aesthetic is calming and peaceful. The lanai, pool, and hot tub area was a beautiful place to unwind any time of the day. All of the beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of storage space for all of your belongings. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to make our meals and entertain. The living rooms were very comfortable. There were games available to play. We loved seeing the fish jump in the canal, the turtles swim by the boat launch, and the boats going past. We adored seeing the burrowing owls outside their nests on our walks in the neighborhood. We enjoyed restaurants in the area and were able to go to Sanibel and Marco Island. But, what our kids said as soon as we left is “We miss that house already.” Heather and Darin have great communication with you. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation home. It was outstanding!!

Enjoy this Slice of Heaven!

Fantastic property, plenty of bathrooms and space for family of 5 to spread out, and relax! Hot tub, pool, dock, and short jump to the beach… this house has it all!!! Also, relaxing and quiet!!! We will be back, didn’t want to leave!!!

Family Getaway Birthday

The house was located in a very nice residential neighborhood and has beautiful curb appeal. . The pics on VRBO do NOT do this house justice. It is even more beautiful in person and very very clean. It is very nicely decorated, with plenty of seating areas, TV's and private space if needed. The house has every amenity you can possibly need from cupcake tins, george foreman grills, crock pots etc. The outside pool area is very nice with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and plenty of seating. There are plenty of beach towels, coolers, a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Thank you Heather and Dan for an awesome stay.
