Welcome to your perfect Sarasota getaway! This beautifully updated single-level home is just 3.5 miles from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, a quick 7-minute drive to Downtown Sarasota, and only 15 minutes from Lido Key. Surrounded by top-notch shopping and dining, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Inside, the home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, stylish flooring throughout, and a private garage. Whether you're traveling as a family, a couple, or on your own, there's plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Step outside and unwind by the private heated pool, newly built in 2023 and maintained at a comfortable 86°F. Pool heating is always included—no extra charge! From November through April, we kindly ask guests to use the provided thermal blanket overnight and when the pool isn’t in use to help maintain the temperature for your comfort and that of future guests. (Pool heating is managed via app and monitored to ensure a consistently enjoyable experience for all.)

Our stay was fantastic at Maria’s place. It was extremely clean and a great place for a small family or a guy golf trip. Siesta Key beach is only an 8 minute drive, and it was nice that there were some beach chairs and umbrellas provided at the house.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we have no complaints. Super comfortable house and clean. All the amenities necessary and the pool was such a nice add on. Maria the host was super kind and always there if we needed something.

Modern gem in the heart of Sarasota

We spent a weekend in this newly renovated, tastefully decorated, very clean and cozy house. We were impressed how this property was maintained and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of beautiful Sarasota and stay close to the Siesta Key beach.

Great place near 3 beaches!

Spent Memorial Day weekend for a girls trip and absolutely loved our stay. The pool was heated and the house was very clean with all the beach amenities available for use including beach chairs and coolers. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to 3 different beaches: Siesta Key, Crescent, and Turtle beach. Keep in mind that parking is limited, so I would recommend getting there before 9am during summer weekends. Highly recommend renting kayaks near turtle beach for clear water and manatees near the pass. We would love to stay here again :)

Perfect spot; look no further!

Great location and property! Nicely furnished and stocked with all that was needed for a 5 day family vacation. Loved the private heated pool! Beds/linens were so comfortable and loved the extra touches (coffee, shampoo/conditioner, supplies, etc) Kitchen had everything needed to stay in for a meal. Had thick beach towels and beach accessories (cooler, umbrella, chairs) Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Wish all vrbos were this nice!

What a great experience for our reunion weekend!

We recently came back to our hometown of Sarasota for a reunion with school friends. This VRBO unit was centrally located, very nicely appointed, and super comfortable. We had a great time, hanging out in between our reunion events. Highly recommend. Very easy working with the property owner.

The property was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The backyard was fenced, so swimming in the private pool was nice and relaxing as well. The beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only downside is in the evenings the master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the home. Host stated thermostat must stay at 76 which we thought was rather warm. Host, Maria was very sweet, punctual & accommodating! Only suggestion would be thermostat temperature & add tissues to bathrooms.

Great location for family getaway

The property was in a great central location and beautifully remodeled. Definitely need a car but the host was super accommodating for a family of 4 with a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Ample space and a pack n play for the little. Check out was a breeze and thankfully much less involved than other vacation rentals, allowing for a fast escape early in the morning to the airport, where every second counts. Thanks Maria

Great place to stay

The house is very nice and comfortable for a multi generational family . Our 85 year old mother appreciated a walk in shower and no steps around the house. There was a room for my husband to work from remotely without interrupting the family. We had everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm even though weather was cold and rainy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Publix and several restaurants. We would stay here again!

Lovely place to stay

Spectacularly clean house with everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels,cooler, chairs. Great central location that was within minutes of many beaches. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Easy check in and check out. Pool and yard were nice and well maintained. Back screened in area was a great spot to drink our morning coffee and relax after the beach . Small toiletries, and shampoo/ conditioner were a nice added bonus.Would def recommend and wouldnt hesitate to book again!

Very nice house. Was clean and ready when we came. Property doesn’t have a BBQ so that was a bummer. Pool was great and rooms were a good size. One issue was that we didn’t have enough toilet paper, tissues or dishwasher pods. When I communicated it was brought over the next day. Other than that communication was spotty .

Perfect vacation rental

What can I say about this adorable house? Perfect is the first word that comes to mind. It was spotless, spacious, functional, comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced. We loved the open floor plan , the heated pool, the sunlit lanai and spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. The house has tv’s in all 3 bedrooms and one in the living room. We highly recommend this house and will definitely come back. Heck, we’d almost leave Tennessee and move in permanently!Really was just perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

Nothing short of amazing!

Sarasota hotels are expensive and house renting is the way to go. I stayed here with my bridal party for my wedding weekend. Other guests rented houses in nearby neighborhoods and this one was by far the best rental of the weekend. The problem is many houses are outdated and in neighborhoods that are run down. You won't be able to see these details until you arrive making it difficult to rent here. You won't have those problems with this location. The house is beautifully renovated and the neighborhood is very nice. The layout is open and spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host was very easy to work with. I had to stay an extra night and she was quick to respond and assist me. I will continue to rent here when I stay in town to visit family.
