Great location and hospitality

We very much enjoyed our stay in New Port Richey at this rental. Cute duplex with everything we needed and just a short, beautiful walk along the river to downtown. Lots of great restaurants, bars and breweries to explore. So comfortable and pet friendly as we were traveling with our cats.

Great Location

We enjoyed being close to downtown and being along the river. It was convenient for us as we came to the area for our grandson's graduation. The house was very well furnished with everything we needed for an extended stay.

Great Location to down town NPR!

Cute duplex next door to downtown NPR. We walked to the park daily and even took the fishing poles out to the river. Super cute VRBO, will plan to book it again for our next vacation.

Fun weekend with my nephew.

Perfect For Us

This nice duplex had all the charm of Florida and a great location. An easy walk to downtown.Enough amenities to make our stay very comfortable. We really enjoyed meeting our host Patrick who was a long time local and gave us some good tips on all the local spots. The nice fenced yard was much appreciated by our pups.Can’t wait to come back next year.

Very Pleased

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property owner Patrick was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. The location was perfect. Just a quick walk away from downtown New Port Richey with lots of restaurants and shops. Not to mention the river a few hundred feet away. We will definitely come back again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! If you love the water and to fish this is your place to stay. Walk across the street to the riverwalk and take it all the way downtown with tons of stuff to do and see. Rooftop bar, cigar bar, Irish pub, historical theater, fancy wine bar, antique shops, health food store, craft beer bars, Sims riverside park and so so much more!

Our home was just fully remodeled with cozy Key West decor. Walk out the from door and watch boats pass by all day long. Fish from the paved riverwalk and use the cities provided park benches and pavilions.
