This 1940s cottage in historic downtown New Port Richey has 2 bedroom, 1 bath and a dining / game room. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and a lazy boy sleeper sofa in the living room. The historic home is beautifully decorated in country/ Victorian Decor. The full kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, ice maker fully equipped with all the necessary utensils needed to make a a variety of meals. Blender, Coffee Pot(filters supplied), washer/dryer Toaster all to use. Two Smart TV to use for Roku or access your favorite series on Apps. The front porch is a relaxing space to read or sit on the rocking chairs and enjoy the breeze that rushes through the historic downtown and explore Sims Park, or an adventure down Grand Blvd along the river (dolphins sited frequently). Main St is 2 blocks over, walking distance with a library, restaurants, a rooftop bar/restaurant, Irish pub, ice cream, health food market, craft brewery’s and more. Take your vacation here and you will not be disappointed in all the area has to offer. Boat ramp with trailer parking is less than a mile in the center of town. Boat rentals and bait shops near by. The owners live very very close by so if you need anything you’re only a phone call or a text away. YOU MUST ADHERE to the cities strict noise ordinance. Neighbors are friendly and elderly on a quiet street. ***As always your furry friends are welcome to stay! Please be sure to pay the pet fee as our cleaning company charges me an extra fee. ****PLEASE NOTE: we have a separate studio behind this cottage that is also listed on vrbo. Nothing is shared with the cottage, the paved driveway is for cottage renters only. The studio has its own separate parking in the back of the studio Accessible from an alleyway.
