This ground floor, 3 bedroom (1 is windowless(den)) and 2 bathroom suite features Lake and Lagoon Views. The master bedroom provides a Queen bed with Ensuite bathroom, Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen Bed in the den. The suite also provides a main bathroom. It is equipped to accommodate 6 guests as family unit or 3 tenants.

Each suite is fully equipped with all that’s needed to serve 6 people, there are TV’s located in the each of the bedrooms and living room. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.
