Central AC, free WiFi, cable and a wine fridge. You’re a minute walk to the beach, a short walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants, bars, and parks or a short drive to downtown St . Petersburg or Clearwater beach.

Starter kit provided for guests includes: toiletries, paper towels, dish & hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and cleaning products.

- 30 day minimum rental restriction with a 20 day advanced allowance for association approval is required
- Small pets considered with pet fee

Note: As of January 2024 the property in front of our complex is under construction. There is minimal construction noise.
