This five bedroom, three bath home features an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Both first floor bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, guests find the master suite and two other bedrooms that share a full-bath. Ideal for entertaining and those large family dinners, the large kitchen is finished with a double oven and granite countertops. Guests can sit on the front porch to watch the people walk to the beach or sit on the second-floor deck to bask in the ocean breezes. This location is also close to Rehoboth shops and restaurants just a few blocks away on Rehoboth Avenue. Off-street parking for three cars. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are strictly prohibited.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $255.60. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
