• 1st Outdoor Area: furnished wrap-around deck with porch swing, country rockers and picnic table. You’ll also find a private garden with a fire pit, hot tub and play area

Second Floor

• 3rd + 4th Bedroom:1 king bed, 42" HD TV, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo in each room
• 2nd Living Area: reclining sofas, 2 smart TVs, sofa bed, pool table and fireplace

Finished Basement

** Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby for a new cabin. You may experience occasional noise disturbances during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.**

• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon.
• You are welcome to park your cars and trailer on our driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street
• Please place all trash in the bins provided outside, If there is excessive garbage during a stay and requires an extra pick up, there will be a $100 charge for this service.
• There's a charcoal grill available outside near the picnic tables. The gas grill has been replaced for safety reasons.
