This is a beautiful Key Largo oasis! Beautiful, large home, perfect for large families on Mile Marker 102. The house is fully equipped to have your best vacation ever. Located in the heart of Key Largo with 2 floors of living space, a cozy backyard, a grill with plenty of seats to enjoy, and plenty of outside space to park your boat or your favorite toys!
The main floor features an open floor plan with 2 living rooms, a dining room and a modern kitchen with a gas stove as well as a 1 bedroom ensuite bath and a full guest bath. Also, on the 2nd floor there is a game area with a Dominoes table and Foosball table that converts in 2 other games. Heading up the staircase you will find a play area, laundry room, a full bath, and 3 bedrooms. Don't miss out on this spectacular opportunity to make memorable memories!
Steps from John Pennekamp State Park, Public beach with dock space and several other aquatic activities, Harry Harris Park, beach with boat ramp, grocery stores, movie theaters, water park, etc. Within a nice neighborhood, great diving, huge space, great sunrises & sunsets, close to shopping, fishing, diving, restaurants etc.

Great Location

2 families of 4 spent spring break at this house for a week. Very clean and comfortable living arrangement with plenty of amenities. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. It was a great experience.

BEST experience

This was the perfect spot and the home was beautiful! We were able to enjoy all of the Florida Keys and make a drive to to Miami. The location was prime and the neighborhood was wonderful. Everything was provided, just as we were told. Any and everything you needed was readily available. I would highly recommend staying here, as we definitely would!!

Welcome family break

Plenty of room to stretch out for 4 adults and 3 kids. My daughter and her children used the hot tub every day. A pool would be nice, but you can't have everything. Bathrooms are modern and well appointed as well as a very spacious kitchen. Dining areas are very nice and accommodate big groups. I would have appreciated a standard coffee pot. All in all, a nice stay.

Clean and Spacious

Nice spacious house and VERY clean. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of room to sit down as a large family and eat dinner together. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find and to get to. Close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Fenced in yard area was great for the dog to walk around in (supervised of course). Would definitely stay here again!

Close to so many things!

Large open concept living area with plenty of seating for 6 or more. Decorated beautifully. Plenty of equipment for cooking with new appliances as well. Gathering in the kitchen around the island was a favorite spot at different times of the day and it served as a buffet for lunch and breakfast. Very nice outside veranda where my husband sat to read every day. We brought a murder mystery game to solve so some nights that was spread out on the dining room table with all of us discussing possibilities. My daughter set herself up in the nursery adjoining their room--no babies--so she used it as her office to work remotely some of the day. Our son took a bike ride or walked each morning to explore the local area. We hosted brunch for old friends from Boca Raton who came for the day to visit. The only complaint was the limit of towels--one per person and no kitchen towels. The washer/dryer was good to have! Location was great. We walked to get Cuban coffee in the morning at an outdoor stand a block away, and it was a short drive to the store, and the State Park for glass bottom boat and walking trails. also a short trip to a wonderful Kayak tour through the mangroves. There was a fish Restaurant down the street and close by is Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill which was lovely at night. We spent one day driving to the Everglades to Flamingo Bay for a boat trip tour and Ranger talk and another going to Key West to have lunch and spend some time on the beach before returning. Excellent location for short trips to explore.

Sehr schönes Haus für viele Leute!

Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Es gab ein paar kleine Mankos wie z.b. dass die obere Ablage in der Spülmaschine defekt war oder ein Kleiderschrank nicht zu benutzen war, da dort das Regal nicht an der Wand hielt , aber das Haus ist wunderschön, es ist geräumig und super ausgestattet. Man kann dort problemlos mit bis zu 8 Personen unterkommen und genießen. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die ausgesprochen schnelle Hilfe des Vermieters als die Gasflasche leer war und es kein warmes Wasser mehr gab. Ich hatte innerhalb von 15 Minuten eine Antwort und wenige Stunden später kam auch die Firma bereits zum auffüllen. Insgesamt also super ! Vielen Dank dafür.
