Family Ties is a long time favorite vacation home with beautiful Lake Cascade and mountain views. This very spacious cabin comfortably sleeps 20 guests, features a wood burning fireplace, ping pong table, large kitchen with center island, 3 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 4 TV's, 3 with DirecTV and 1 for movies and games. Enjoy time outside on the massive back deck facing the lake and West Mountain views. It's a short walk or drive to the main boat ramp, state park, beaches, golf course and Lakefront Bar and Grill.
The historic Roxy Theatre, downtown shopping, restaurants, fair, rodeo grounds, Kelly's White Water park and Cascade Aquatic Center are all less than a mile away. This vacation home truly puts you near all the outdoor fun!
Got kids? Large upstairs room is a great kids hangout area that sleeps up to 8, has a TV for movies and games plus a ping pong table.
Limited parking and NO street parking allowed. Can park 2 cars in the garage and another 2-3 in driveway, or 2-3 and 1 vehicle with a boat/jet skis/snowmobiles. There is a turnaround further down the street.
If you're planning a large family reunion, let us know. We have other cabins in the immediate area when combined with this property could accommodate many people.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grill use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
