The space
Welcome to Little Pine Lodge, a cozy-yet-spacious mountain retreat nestled in the heart of Donnelly, Idaho. Thoughtfully designed for families, outdoor lovers, and groups of friends, this three-bedroom, two-bath home combines rustic charm with modern comfort—all surrounded by natural beauty and year-round adventure.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting great room with a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and expansive windows. The open layout makes it easy to relax, connect, and enjoy quality time together.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room, outfitted with two full-over-full bunk beds—perfect for kids or group-style sleeping. The third bedroom offers another comfortable king bed, and a second full bathroom serves the rest of the home.

At the heart of the lodge is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for home-cooked meals and après-adventure snacks. Just off the main living area, a game room features a pool table, bar area, and board games for evening entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy the fenced backyard, complete with a private playground. Out front you will find an open grassy area, and a private hot tub with serene lake and mountain views. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fireplace under the stars.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the backyard, hot tub, game room, and playground.

Please note the following areas are off-limits:
• The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
• The hallway closet is owner-access only.
• The chicken coop and shed located in front of the property are off-limits—please do not enter these areas.
